L’immeuble est bien situé, à proximité de la gare et du funiculaire et bénéficie d’une belle vue sur le Cervin. L’appartement était très propre lors de mon arrivée. L’équipement est cependant un peu vieillot. Pas de connexion wifi.

In die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber.
Tolle Lage direkt an der Bushaltestelle. Zu Fuss wenige Minuten zum Bahnhof bzw. Dorfzentrum. Ruhig gelegen. Super Aussicht aufs Matterhorn, grosser Balkon. Interieur ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles war sauber. Kücheneinrichtung und Geschirr eher spartanisch, das nötigste ist aber alles vorhanden. Wünschenswert wäre eine "richtige" Kaffeemaschine.

Wir waren zu Beginn des Jahres 2022 in Zermatt in der oben stehenden Wohnung. Die Ausstattungen war einfach aber vollkommen ausreichend. Luxus sucht man vergebens. Für uns war es genau passend. Super Lage im Ort und toller Blick auf das Matterhorn. Die Aussattung der Küche insgesamt könnte ein wenig besser sein, reicht aber auch aus, wenn man nicjt jeden Abend kochen möchte. Außerdem gibt es ja genau tolle Restaurants. Kommen gern wieder!

NOT the Apartment Matten. It is the Apartment UTOR
Address is correct, but I could not see what the Matten had anything to do with it. Google maps will send you to the Matten Chalets! (3 blocks away!) But once I found the Utoring, I liked the apartment. Close to the train station, grocery store and Main street. Great view! The only thing I would improve is, put brighter bulbs in lamps and get some lids that fit the frying pans.

Zweckmässig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Ältere Möbel (aber Preis-Leistung stimmt). Liegestühle auf dem Balkon bitte ersetzen. Auch die Kaffeemaschine (MioStar mit Kaffeefilter) sollte ersetzt werden. Ein Ur-Modell, entspricht nicht mehr dem heutigen Bedarf des KIaffeegenusses (Kapsel-Nesspresso)

Système de dépôt de garantie contraignant et peu engageant
Déposer une garantie en espèces est peu pratique et devient urticant quand il faut insister pour obtenir un reçu. L'appartement correspond à la description mais le matériel de cuisine mis à disposition est réduit au stricte minimum.
