Lift to the house large apartment house "Dianthus", 5 storeys. In the district of Wiesti 650 m from the centre of Zermatt, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to 150 m from the house. 100 m stepped path (52 steps) to the house. Supermarket 450 m, restaurant 550 m, bakery 650 m, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Spiss" 150 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 650 m. Mountain railway, ski rental 650 m, ski bus stop 150 m, ski school 1 km, children's ski school 1 km. Please note: no lift. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.
2-room apartment 70 m2, on the ground floor. Partly renovated in 2015, simple and cosy furnishings: living room with TV and radio. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 210 cm). Kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)) with dining table. Bath/WC. Terrace 10 m2. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of Matterhorn. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Sauber aber altmodisch und nicht schön
Die Wohnung ist für Zermatt günstig, die 71 Treppenstufen und 2 Rampen zum Haus okay und wie beschrieben.Auch wussten wir, das die Möblierung altbacken ist. Die Farbe an den Terrassenstühlen blättert jedoch "schon" ab, der Terrassentisch ist rostig, die Lampe über dem Bett ist defekt, die Lederstühle total unbequem. Wir haben ein Sofa noch nie so vermisst.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, aber, schlecht gelüftet.Der Wasserdruck top, das Wasser heiss- und der Ausblick top

Süsse Wohnung mit Sicht aufs Matterhorn
Wir waren mit unserem 2 jährigen Kind unterwegs und die Wohnung hat super gepasst. Genügend Platz zum Toben, bequeme Sessel, alles im Retro Stil und eine tolle Sicht aufs Matterhorn. Nur sieht man bei den Fotos nicht die erste Treppe zum Haus, welche keine Rampe hat. Es gibt aber bei beiden Treppen ein Rollstuhl Lift (braucht viel Geduld). Wir haben den Kinderwagen einfach hochgetragen, ging schneller.

Grand appartement, grand salon, grande chambre et surtout une belle terrasse ensoleillée avec vue sur Cervin. Cuisine séparée. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de table à manger au salon. Le frigo devrait être changé.

Günstig und geräumig
Günstige Unterkunft, sehr geräumig, 70Jahre Stil mit jedoch gut funktionierenden Installationen wie Dusche (genug Druck) und Küche. Alles vorhanden. Sicher keine Unterkunft für ein romatisches "Pärchen-Weekend" aber für zwei Jungs die vorallem Boarden und feiern, perfekt!

Plenty of space.
This apartment has plenty of space and has all the amenities required for a multi-week stay in Zermatt. The decor is dated and there are a lot of steps up to the building but if you are reasonably fit and don’t care about the latest in interior design then this is a good choice.

Das Interhome Team vor Ort super nett. Die FeWo ist wie bereits geschrieben, rustikal und geräumig. Alles da, alles bisschen alt. Doch die Lage und der Blick von der Terrasse ist super. Ruhig gelegen, oberhalb am Rande des Ortes. Erreichbarkeit auf dem letzten Stück daher ausschließlich zu Fuß über Wege und Treppe. Also beachten, wer nicht so fit ist. Gesamteindruck: Preis/Leistung voll ok.

Estar en Zermatt y sus alrededores es siempre un placer. En este apartamento estubimos bien. Es un espacio amplio para dos personas. Tranquilo y con un lavabo y cocina generosos. Todo con vistas al Cervino. Unicamente consideramos que sería conveniente realizar reformas porque el mobiliario, la iluminación y la decoración en general estan anticuados. La batidora de cocina y el secador de pelo no funcionaban. El apartamento se encuentra alejado del centro y se debe pasear un rato para acceder.

The property was a perfect fit for us. We went to Zermatt to hike so the stairs to the unit were not a problem. The local bus was just a few minutes away.

Lage ist schlecht
Die Lage ist schlecht, zu viele Stufen. Wohnung ist in Ordnung, war sauber, ausser das Geschirr. Das muss jeder selber putzen und das merke sogar ich, teilweise widerlich. Ausstattung der Küche ist für Selberkocher ebenfalls unbefriedigend, geht zum Spaghetti machen, mehr wird schwierig. Wir waren zu zweit, das war ok, mit 4 Personen würde ich das nicht empfehlen.
