Child friendly, cosy chalet "Kelly", 1'500 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, built in 1997. In the district of Bina 1.2 km from the centre of Grächen, in a quiet, sunny position, 500 m from the skiing area. For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to 50 m from the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at 50 m. Grocery 100 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 500 m, bar, bus stop 50 m, 2 km. Tennis 400 m, cable car 500 m, ski lift, gondola lift, skisport facilities, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school, sled run, ice rink 1 km, children's playground 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zermatt 25 km, Saas Fee 30 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Free parking near the house, across the street.
