In the district of Lumbardijsko Račišće 1.5 km from the centre of Lumbarda, in a sunny position on a slope, 15 m from the sea, 15 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, south facing position. Private: property 550 m2 (fenced). Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, sandy beach 2 km pebble beach 2 km, concrete beach 15 m. The house is situated in a nice, quiet bay. Stairs leading from the house over the small local cul-de-sac street to the concrete beach.

Fantastic house in a beautiful location
House was amazing, opposite the sea and beautiful bay & scenery. We had everything in the house we needed, very clean and well equipped. Annex on the lower floor perfect for our daughter and partner . Lumbarda is a lovely small town 20 mins walk away, used taxis and bus to get around. We had a great holiday and would highly recommend this house for a great place to stay.

This was our 4th stay at Holiday house Bernardi. It’s wonderful to see that the owners keep upgrading the property to maintain high standards. We love this holiday house. The area is so beautiful and quiet with crystal clear sea just over the road. The house is conveniently situated with all the home comforts you need. Just leaving it is the only part we don’t like!

The house is a cosy holiday home. Everything you need for pleasent vacation is nearby. The surroundings are green and mediterranean, there is a beach across the road. Our family of 4 people enjoyed staying in kuća Bernardi very much.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub mit Freunden in ruhiger Lage.Wir waren schon zum 3 Mal dort.Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen .Der Vermieter hat zum Glück eine Spüllmaschine angeschafft und den Flur renoviert.Die Betten könnten in Zukunft ausgetauscht werden da man nicht gut drauf schlafen kann.Ansonsten hatten wir schöne Zeit

Ideal for our family
We spent a wonderful vacation here, 2 weeks very comfortably, relaxing. The house was ideal for our family, parents downstairs with their bathroom and kitchen, children and grandchildren upstairs with two separated bedrooms, a big living room, a very well equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet... And that huge terrace with a beautiful panorama where we all had our meals together. Very highly recommended!

Wunderschön!
Die Lage ist perfekt! Direkt am kristallklarem Meer. Schöne große Terrasse mit Blick auf die schöne Bucht. Man muss wirklich nur die Treppe durch den Garten runter, über eine kleine Straße und noch ein paar Stufen runter und ist auf der Betonplattform von wo man gut ins Wasser kommt. Die Inneneinrichtung ist einfach aber gut. Die Bäder sind recht neu und auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir waren zu zweit und haben nur die obere Wohnung benutzt. Dort gibt es ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und 1 Einzelbett. Daneben ist noch ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten. Die Betten könnten demnächst auch mal erneuert werden, sie sind schon sehr durchgelegen. Dafür entschädigt die Aussicht aus dem vorderen Schlafzimmer auf`s Meer für alles! Auf der unteren Etage ist noch ein einfaches Appartement mit 3 Einzelbetten, einer Küchenzeile und einem kleinen Bad. Es hat einen eigenen Zugang. Davor ist noch eine kleine Terrasse. Wir waren im September da, da war nicht mehr viel los. Deswegen hatten wir die Badeplattform in der 2. Woche für uns alleine. Ich weiß nicht wie es in der Hauptsaison ist, wenn mehr los ist. Da das Haus aber direkt am Meer liegt ist das auch kein Problem, dann bleibt man einfach auf der großen Terrasse, dort gibt es 2 Liegen, und geht zum Baden die Treppe runter. Hinter dem Haus ist eine Außendusche, sehr praktisch. Hinter dem Haus ist auch der gemauerte Grill und noch ein Tisch mit Sitzgelegenheit. Auf der anderen Seite der Bucht ist ein sehr nettes Restaurant, das Gavuni. Es liegt direkt am Meer. Die Inhaber fahren morgens mit dem Boot raus und abends wird der gefangene Fisch gegrillt. Frischer geht es nicht. Total lecker!!! Wir waren 12 Tage dort und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus Bernadi würden wir auf jeden Fall noch einmal buchen.
