In the house: internet access. Parking at the house. Shop 500 m, restaurant 1 km, bakery 250 m, pebble beach 400 m. Tennis 1 km, sports centre 1 km. The house is situated above the coastal road leading to Dubrovnik. Possibility of boat trips (extra) and massage (extra). Spa and leisure facilities, sports centre and recreation available in luxury hotel resort “Sun Gardens" in 500 m (all extra). Possibility of parking in Sun Gardens (extra).
3-room apartment 75 m2 on 2nd floor, south facing position. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room 30 m2 with satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Air-conditioning (extra). Marvellous panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). The bedrooms are located on the back side of the house, not towards the road.

Mauvaise communication
Très bruyant par la route, mais vue magnifique, manque d’ustensile de cuisine grille pain , pas de micro onde , pas de poêle pour la cuisine. Pas de quoi faire le ménage à part un balai. Parfait pour une escale .

Aangenaam met zeer vriendelijke eigenaars
We hebben een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad in dit vakantiehuis. Alles was proper en bij aankomst voldoende uitleg gekregen over de bezienswaardigheden. De eigenaars waren dan ook zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We raden dit huis aan vrienden en familie aan. Zeker de moeite om eens te huren!

Schön mit einem Haken
Das Haus liegt schön an einem Hang und ist recht gut gestaltet. Interessenten müssen aber wissen, dass unmittelbar vor dem Haus eine Haupt-Verbindungsstraße nach Dubrovnik verläuft. Mit Verkehrslärm muss man also rechnen. Nur wem dies nichts ausmacht, wird den Aufenthalt genießen können.

Wichtig zu wissen
Das Haus liegt sehr schön an einem Hang, die Anlage ist durchaus gut gestaltet und es gibt einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer – ABER – man muss wissen, das Haus liegt unmittelbar angrenzend an die stark befahrene Küstenstraße/Verbindungsstraße/Hauptstraße nach Dubrovnik. Wem also Ruhe wichtig ist, dem kann die Unterkunft nicht empfohlen werden. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist die Geräuschkulisse gedämpft, aber durchaus noch hörbar. Empfehlenswert wäre noch, die Sitzmöbel im Apartment Petra auszutauschen. Diese waren doch sehr durchgesessen. Diese beiden Nachteile außer Acht lassend, sind alle anderen Parameter durchaus angemessen für den Preis. Wem der Straßenlärm nichts ausmacht, wird hier durchaus zufrieden sein. Ältere Leute sollten zudem noch wissen, dass das Haus am Hang liegt und Treppensteigen toleriert werden muss.

Nettes Haus mit Pool
Sauber und gute Lage zu Dubrovnik - Viele Stufen aber die freundlichen Gastgebers gleichen das aus - Pool extrem sauber I angrenzende Hauptstraße stöbert etwas I ruhiger Urlaub war aber trotzdem möglich - Fazit: gut, sauber, Preis war ok
