Pensacola Jazz festival
This is my third time staying at this particular property. It’s close to the jazz venue. Nice accommodations very clean house. We had a small problem and it was fixed right away. Definitely will be back next year thank you.

Awesome Experience
This is our new "go to" VRBO in Pensacola! The location, beds, space, decor were excellent. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. House is like new, clean, and perfect for downtown and beach time. Palax Market was so fun, as always!!! We will be back!

We stayed just for the weekend for a friend’s wedding reception. It was a great stay! The house was clean and had items for us to go to the beach. It was conveniently located downtown by a park and we would stay here again!

This beautiful property is conveniently located to downtown and a short drive to beach. The neighborhood is safe and the neighbors are friendly. The additional touches of beach items, puzzles, books and games is a wonderful addition. I would highly recommend.

Work Trip Made Special
A colleague and I rented this place instead of staying at hotel during a work trip to Pensacola. The place is outfitted beautifully with everything you might need. The host was very responsive to questions and provided all the information needed in a timely manner. The house is in a nice neighborhood that's quiet, very close to downtown, and adjacent to a small park that has a great walking trail around it. We felt very safe and wouldn't hesitate renting it again.

Great stay for daughter’s winging
We had a nice stay at Alexandra’s rental. The place was clean, well outfitted, and in a convenient location. It was close to my daughter’s house and easy to get downtown. Communication with Alexandra was easy and she responded promptly.

Fantastic space and location!
Loved our stay! So close to everything! Especially good for children-- there's a public park and playground less than two blocks away, and I love that the host provided a travel crib and some toys.

Great Vacation House
This was a great vacation house. Its location was great for the places we wanted to visit-downtown, seafood restaurants and beach. The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the walk-in closet in the master bedroom. The house is nicely decorated. We were there for Christmas and the host provided a Christmas tree which was so appreciated. We used the fully equipped kitchen to prepare Christmas dinner. Our family enjoyed a walk around the park. Instructions for use of the house were clear and placed for easy viewing. Entry and leaving was very easy. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Perfect Family Spot in Pensacola
My wife, sister, 3-year-old son, and I stayed here for a family wedding weekend. My son slept great in the bunk bed and loves having the playground right across the street. The location of the house is so close to everything downtown, which was so convenient. The house was clean and comfortable.

Family Wedding
So glad we chose to stay here for our out-of-town wedding. We were very close to venue, adorable downtown and food coop. This place has great bedding and showers. It was stocked with essentials, had some homey additions and was decorated beautifully. Thanks for sharing your place wirh us.

I was is in town to visit my daughter. Her apartment is very small so I was looking for a place nearby. Hotels downtown were quite expensive this particular weekend and not as close as I hoped. This unit was a great price even though I only needed one room. It was a quick walk to her apartment and so close to all of the action downtown. Alexandra was always quick to respond with accurate information. When I arrived my code did not work to unlock the door. I called and it was fixed. Easy peasy!

We were very pleased with our stay! Pictures of place are accurate. Very clean and beds are comfortable. Host was a sweetheart and very accommodating. One suggestion, while getting ready for our weekend wedding, could use a few more mirrors outside of bathrooms. Would certainly rent here again!

Perfect getaway beach trip
This was a fantastic way to visit the beach in Pensacola. 15 minute drive and this property had everything we needed to go to the beach. Neighborhood was perfect, seems like every house on the street was purposed the same. I would definitely do this spot again!

Quick Weekend Visit
This property was perfect for pur weekend visit. It was 10 mins from base which made picking up our son easy. 10min walking distnace to downtown or the electiec bike rentals were across the street at the park. We lucked out there were summer home games to the Wahoo baseball team who had a fireworks show Sat night, which we had the perfect view on the front porch. Highly recommend!

Hi! My name is Alex and my wonderful husband is Lane. We absolutely LOVE Pensacola. I have lived here since 2004, but lived here 2 times before that (military family), and Lane has been here since 2015. We love all that downtown has to offer - from festivals, to good shopping, to the Saturday Palafox market, to amazing food! We also love the beach and thankfully we have 2 beaches very close to this property!

Why they chose this property

This property is in the best location! It is .6 miles from Palafox Street, which is our main strip in Downtown Pensacola, where you can enjoy food, shopping, bars, breweries, an Escape Room, and fitness classes. The Blue Wahoos stadium is also an easy .6 mi walk away. To make it even better, we are less than 15 minutes from Pensacola Beach and the main gate of NAS Pensacola and less than 30 minutes from Perdido Key Beach!
