The condo offers tranquility and quiet while being close enough to town to walk or bike to the nightlife, restaurants, or the beach. The condo is newly constructed and offers modern and up-to-date furnishings.
A gorgeous, airy, clean condo will sleep six comfortably, with a large primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite. It is an open concept that is great for entertaining, with SMART TVs in every bedroom and living room, upgraded appliances, an island for additional seating, lovely views from the rear patio, and granite countertops.
LOCATION: The unit is approximately one mile from town and 1.5 miles from the beach. The resort-like grounds offer two pools, tennis courts, a basketball court, a small fitness facility, and walking trails. It is very close to the bike trail that goes to Lewes and continues around to Gordon's Pond, and the condo grounds include bike racks for bike parking.
PARKING: Ample parking throughout the community.

THINGS TO KNOW: The community rules require all reservations to be seven nights or longer. Linens are not supplied. However, we offer a rental program to guests. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
