Paisible avec belle vue
J’ai passé un très agréable séjour dans le logement de pascal. Tout est à disposition pour s’y sentir comme chez soi très rapidement. Pascal est un hôte très prévenant et disponible ce qui est un vrai plus . Et mention spéciale pour la belle vue montagne et basilique et le soleil qui traverse la fenêtre de la chambre le matin . Séjour parfait.

Appartement très sympa, pratique et agréable avec une très belle vue. Communication avec l'hôte au top. Seul petit bémol : la propreté de la salle d'eau, les sanitaires et le lavabo était vraiment sale (saletés, cheveux, poils...); pour autant le reste de l'appartement était plutôt propre. A 10 minutes du Lac et du centre ville, super séjour !!

Logement idéal pour un long week-end à deux à une dizaine de minutes du centre-ville ! Le proprietaire est tres réactif, sympathique et arrangeant sur les heures d'arrivée et de départ. Encore merci pour tout !

Arrivée sans difficulté. Logement très fonctionnel. Le centre d'Annecy par la promenade du Thiou (au bout de la rue) en 15' à pied....avons fait tour du lac en voiture en visitant les petits villages. Vue exceptionnelle au col de la Forclaz!!! Sommes allés au lac du bourget.....

Lage top, Bett unbequem
Alles in allem war die Kommunikation und der Check-in super. Leider spricht der Host nur Französisch, aber mit Google-Übersetzer geht das. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls super, 5 Minuten mit dem Rad in die Innenstadt, zu Fuß 15 Minuten, und ist dennoch total ruhig gelegen! Die Wohnung war leider nicht so sauber wie erhofft. Zudem haben Kleinigkeiten gefehlt bzw. Waren nach dem ersten Tag leer (Toilettenpapier, Zewa), obwohl im Inserat steht, dass diese Dinge vorhanden sind. Standen leider mitten in der Nacht ohne Toilettenpapier da. Wir waren auch leider nicht auf das französische Bett vorbereitet, da wir in Deutschland nicht die gleichen Maße für Bettbezüge haben, zudem ist es für 2 Personen sehr eng und unbequem. Die Couch ist auch sehr durchgelegen, ein Filmabend für uns nicht denkbar gewesen. Großer Pluspunkt: Fahrradkeller vorhanden und Nachbarn alle sehr nett und ruhig!

Logement très bien situé, à 20 min à pied de la vieille ville. Multiples activités à faire sur place (chemins de randonnées, vélo, visites touristiques...). Du logement, très belle vue sur les montagnes. Logement bien équipé, dans une résidence calme, et stationnement facile sur le parking ou dans la rue.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement de Pascal. Les échanges avec lui ont été très simple et clair, le logement est facile à trouver, pas de problèmes pour se garer malgré le week end du 15/08. Le logement est spacieux avec une superbe vu sur les montagnes et le chateau d'Annecy. Arrêt de bus à 200m du logement menant directement au centre d'Annecy, vraiment top ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Pâques à Annecy
Appartement très bien situé à 10mn à pieds pour être dans le vieux Annecy par un petit chemin bordant le Thiou, pas besoin de voiture sauf pour visiter les environs. Propriétaire très arrangeant pour les horaires d’arrivée et de départ , merci pour les gentilles attentions (chocolat et boisson) . Je conseille cette location sans hésitation.
