About this property

You will love this four bedroom single level home with tall ceilings to really open the space. The entire kitchen, dining and family area are open and accommodating for large families or groups. The master bedroom has a king bed with bathtub and walk in shower that opens up to the backyard. Two bedrooms each with queen are perfect for a couple or children. The sectional sofa also turns into a sleeper for 1-2 extra. The study has been turned into an extra bedroom with twin over full bunk bed. Into the backyard you will look out onto the Augusta Golf course green. With your own private heated pool and hot tub (no extra charge). Just bring your suitcase and we will provide everything else. Just 8 miles from Mesa Gateway airport. Minutes from retail stores and restaurants. 25 minutes to downtown Scottsdale. The Jeep in pic is available for rent as well, inquire within.

Great get away !

We had a wonderful stay here , very clean and had everything you would need ! Pool and hot tub were great , neighborhood was great and the location was perfect for going different places in mesa and surrounding areas !

We really enjoyed the backyard with the pool and jacuzzi. The ultimate TV package making all the March Madness games available was quite nice. Looking forward to staying there next March.

Nice vacation destination

Our group enjoyed staying at Chris's property over the holiday. The house was clean and well-stocked (extra soap, detergent, spices - you name it!). It was conveniently located near a grocery store as well. The pool area was well taken care of and the floaties were an added surprise for our kids. Chris was a responsive host. I would recommend this property if you're looking to stay in the Mesa area.

Family in town for a wedding

A few of my adult children who were visiting for my daughter's wedding stayed here. Chris is a fantastic host. Super nice place, great communication, very clean. Nice to know there's a place this nice close by to our house for when family visits. We'll be calling on him again. :)

Perfect house for people looking for a good place to not only sleep but hangout during the day. The backyard and pool was awesome! Such a nice house Only think was the grill hot very hot very fast so be careful with that!

Had a great experience here pictures don't do justice to the house. Was here for 5 days and enjoyed every minute. Had no issues definitely recommend this home will be staying here every time I visit family in Arizona!!
