This sprawling condo is located just a few steps from the lifts at Park City Mountain Resort. Silver King is a Park City classic and this condo has one of the best locations in the building—unobstructed views of the slopes! Packed with useful features and with access to Silver King's fantastic amenities, this condo is Park City perfection.

**LIVING AREA**
This 2-story space is laid out around a graceful spiral staircase leading to two of the home's large bedrooms, including the primary suite. Opposite the front door is a wall of windows that climb upward into huge skylights, giving you a front-row seat of Park City's famous ski resort. An intimate seating area surrounds the wood-burning fireplace while the opposite side of the room is host to a large dining area. To prepare your meals, a full kitchen is furnished near the entrance.


**BEDROOMS**
One bedroom is attached to the first-floor living space, a quiet retreat with a full-sized bed. But the best rooms are upstairs.

Take a left at the top of the stairs to enter the primary ensuite bedroom, featuring a king bed, private bathroom with a skylight, another fireplace, and a TV. A walk-in closet is also attached.

Also upstairs is a massive bedroom with 2 queen beds and a TV area with a large sectional with a sofa sleeper—a great space for the kids!

**BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE**
Silver King's many amenities are available to you during your stay, including a private parking garage, a large indoor/outdoor heated pool, fitness room, an indoor hot tub, and ski lockers.

A short walk across the resort parking lot puts you right at the base of Park City's world-famous ski area. For even more powder, Deer Valley Resort and Canyons Village are both a short drive away. Historic Main Street is just a mile away, too.

*NOTE: The Silver King pool is under construction and will be closed until November 1, 2023.

Overall place is great. Heating needs some maintenance. The electric heater in the living room does not work at all. Main furnace is weak and barely works.

Great Condo Convenient to Slopes

This two level condo was very comfortable for our group of 4 friends and definitely could accommodate large families. A short walk across the parking lot to put on skis and ski over to the Eagle Lift or First Timer at Park City. Convenient underground parking and nice amenities at this condo building including a gym and an indoor outdoor pool and convenient ski lockers. The condo is large and has a dramatic spiral staircase and room to spread out. Definitely recommend this condo and the Silver King building.

Great spot, walk to lift, rentals. Convenient to bus and Main Street. Spacious. But overall decor is dated and laundry was not working, despite numerous repair visits. Hot tub/pool needs updating. Locker area is poor. We expected more for this price.

Fishing base camp

Stayed at Silver King for 3 nights for a fishing trip with buddies. Super nice and comfortable. The 4 of us were able to stretch out and even entertain some guests for dinner one evening. Pool is great. Staff is friendly. I recommend it.

Right next to the lifts and plenty of room for 2 families with 2 kids each. Checkin at front desk, ski lockers, and heated pool. Bus stop out front made it easy to get to Main Street for shopping and food.

Ski 2021

We had a great time in Park City. It was our first time here. We I’ll come and definitely stay here. Great location we great views. We meet friends for skiing every year from Chicago and this was a great trip.
