*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September 9th, 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. SunDestin Unit 0702 is a charming one bedroom, one bathroom condo accommodating up to four. With sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico, this unit boasts a soothing color palette, comfy decor, and a homey feel. You’ll find plenty of cozy seating in the living room and chairs for four at the dining table. Take a catnap mid-day on the private balcony, directly overlooking the gulf. The fully-stocked kitchen has everything needed to create fabulous meals and entertain, with plenty of counter and cabinet space. Retire at day’s end in the master suite with king-sized bed or in the living room with sofa bed, both equipped with flat-screen televisions.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
