*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September 9th, 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. Seasonal amenities include beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), an outdoor tiki bar, and a splash pad.The fitness facility, and gift shop, are all conveniently located on premises and complimentary DVD rentals are available to enjoy at your leisure.

Should you need additional room for your personal or professional functions, SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.

SunDestin Unit 1508 is an expansive three bedroom, three bathroom condo accommodating up to twelve. Get comfortable and settle in, as this unit is ideal for hosting a crowd. From the fully-stocked, well-appointed kitchen to the bright and cheerful open-concept living/dining space, you’ll find every comfort from home but with a view! After a fun day at the beach, cozy up for a movie on the flat-screen TV or around the dining table for a puzzle or board game. Sleeping options include the two private suites, both with king-sized beds. Additionally, another private suite with a twin and double bed, flat screen television, and in suite bathroom. For added convenience, you will find an additional set of bunk beds in the hallway.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

You’ll always find something to do in Destin. Start your day at HarborWalk Marina in the Destin harbor, just five minutes away! There you’ll find a plethora of boutiques, waterfront eateries, and an assortment of water activities, including paddle boarding, kayak rentals, world class fishing, parasailing, and more! Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
