Independent gîte, built on one level, 200 meters from the owner's house on a 4 hectare estate, with three alpacas, a pair of Shetland dogs, horses, donkeys, goats, chickens and sheep from Cameroon. The property is located on a high point with a 180° panoramic view of the Basque mountains and the Pyrenees. Living room, kitchen area (oven, microwave, fridge freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee maker + Senseo), lounge (180 cm plasma TV, Dyson purifier/fan), 2 bedrooms (2 160 cm beds), bathroom water/wc, separate wc, pantry (washing machine, dryer). Dyson hair dryer. Electric heating and pellet stove included. Beds made on arrival, towels and household linen provided, cleaning included. Internet connection. Provision of Dyson fresh air fan purifier. Private covered terrace, garden furniture, garden with deckchairs, XXL hammock. Provision of a golf cart to get to the Bergerie. Lac des Aroques de Guiche 10 minutes from the cottage: spring water lake surrounded by nature with water sports center, beach and supervised swimming (free access), water jump, water slide and zip line, paddle...
