Tap water comes from a borehole and is ferrous, so it can have occasional color and taste defects. The water is researched and safe to use as drinking water. The cottage is well suited for such a small family or two couples. Plot is rocky and there is a slope to the shore. Route to the shore is not suitable for disabled persons. There is a beach patio, which is good for sunbathing and dining. The sun is shining, at 12, the entire day.

Nuasjärvi offers very good fishing opportunites; about 400 meters away to the cottage can get pike, perch and pike by trolling or fishing gear (note: fishing licenses). A rowing boat for use.
