Residence "La Cava". 3 km from the lake. For shared use: park 2 ha, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (14 x 7 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep. pool opening hours: 09:00-20:00). Tennis. In the complex: reception, lift, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Stepped path to the house. Parking. Shop, grocery 400 m, shingle beach 3 km. The photo is just an example. The holiday complex is spread over the rock wall overlooking the lake. From the parking and from the reception positioned on the top of the rock wall by panoramic lift you get to the apartments, park and the lake. Rest of the apartments are accessible by stairs. The pizzeria is open from 21.06 to 30.08. There is one parking place per apartment (second payable or boat trailer extra - 60€/week). Mooring place 70€ per week (on request).

Prachtige plek, matig appartement
Er is waarschijnlijk geen mooiere plek te vinden aan het Como meer. Het uitzicht is er verbluffend mooi en je kunt via t zwembad het meer makkelijk bereiken. Helaas laat de kwaliteit van het appartement wel te wensen over. De tijd heeft er stilgestaan. Slechte bedden, (kast)deuren die niet lekker open gaan, badkamer slecht verlicht en komt zo uit de jaren 70, geen airco, gehorig en t stikt van de ongedierte. Kortom, er moet een flinke upgrade overheen om prijs/kwaliteit weer te laten matchen.

Ferielejligheden trænger til en opdatering - især badeværelse og køkken. Vi boede i lejlighed nr. 1, og det store træ lige midt for terrassen tager rigtig meget sol, og nu var vi så uheldige, at det regnede rigtig meget den uge, vi var der, så vi kunne bruge al den sol, vi kunne få. Men udsigten fejlede ikke noget og områderne de ved poolen og søen var dejligt.

Perfekte Unterkunft in traumhafter Lage
Wunderschöne, riesige Terrasse mit "endless" Seeblick, zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung mit reichlich Platz für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Traumhafte Lage, gepflegter Park mit Pool und direktem Seezugang. Kiosk für Capuccino und Eis am Nachmittag und Pizza am Abend. Restaurant in Laufweite oberhalb der Einfahrt. Ein perfekter Urlaub!

Io e le mie amiche abbiamo soggiornato presso questa favolosa struttura residence ed oltre all'appartamento veramente molto funzionale ed accessoriato in tutto abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la vista lago dal nostro terrazzo di 30m2! abbiamo passato molto tempo lì ed anche nella piscina e passeggiando nel parco. indimenticabile...abbiamo lasciato il cuore! Consigliatissimo!

Fantastisk familieferie
La Cave er er dejligt sted at tilbringe ferien Med sin familie. Dog vil jeg anbefale rejseburoet om at vise den udsigt på billedet som man rent faktisk får i den lejlighed man lejrer. Det er skuffende at få sin udsigt ødelagt af træer, når det mam så på billedet var 180 graders fri panorama. Stedet er lidt gammelt og nedslidt, me det er en del af charmen, og resteuaranten havde svært ved at følge med de mange gæster, men til gengæld var betjeningen venlig. Alt i alt havde vi en fantastisk ferie ved Comosøen. DBH Annemette Bonfo
