Enjoy both sunrises and sunsets from this beautiful 2 bedroom/2bath condo on the 9th floor. Located on the Estero Bay and 300 yards from the beach with direct beach access (Bonita Beach). The condo offers a large screened in lanai, with an open floor plan. The bathrooms are newly remodeled. This is the perfect location for someone or family looking for an escape while wanting to enjoy the warmth and sunshine. The condominium complex offers two hot tubs, heated pool, 4 brand new pickleball courts, and shuffleboard.
This area was devasted by Hurricane Ian so please know the beach and Hickory Blvd. are under construction. The condo is in an ideal location. It a mile in a half bike ride/walk to Doc’s Beach House , 25 minutes to Fort Myers, and 25 minutes to downtown Naples .
