Very easy check in, property very safe, quiet, beautiful, friendly area, meticulously clean
We had a wonderful time, wish we could have stayed longer, took my mom here for her 90th birthday celebration and we had to drag her out on day of departure
We stayed just 2 nights at this beautiful condo on our way to Key West. Wish we could have stayed longer. I would highly recommend this place. It was just as described. Close to everything and was very comfortable with everything you need. Would love to come back.
Beautiful condo, comfortable, clean, and well appointed. It’s located very well near great restaurants. The access to the ocean was also great, as well as the use of the kayaks. The kids loved the playground! I liked how quiet and peaceful it was. Would definitely stay there again!
This trip was my daughter’s Senior trip. The condo itself was clean, nice location and the amenities were very nice. We only had a couple of issues. The lighting fixtures are extremely low, so if you’re above average height beware. I am 6’4 and had to continually remember to duck when walking in the front door. But still managed to end up hitting my head, which resulted in a cut head and paying for a new light fixture. The second issue we had was not their fault entirely. There was construction on the pillars of the building, so we had a daily wake-up call of jackhammers that sounded like they were in our room. The noise and vibrations were so loud it rattled the walls and knocked things off the wall. This happened the entire week, every morning at 8:30 and ended in the late afternoon. We weren’t even able to stay In the room daily. We at least should have been warned about this before arriving. We talked to a man at the condos and he said they had known about this for quite sometime.
Overall, this complex is very nice, and the staff is very friendly. I feel like some things could have been handled much differently.
The condo was very clean, crisp and bright. Nicole left us a nice gift back with some welcome goodies, a nice touch. All the things needed to cook and make coffee are there and ready. Kawama is a gated community. There were a lot of people visiting on vacation. Some of the residents we talked to were welcoming. The living area has a balcony that overlooks mangroves, the pool , jetty and ocean. The window coverings are white, a lot of light comes in day and night (street lights). A few things to note, the windows are also thin, you can hear people outside easily. We only used the bikes. It was too windy to enjoy the kayaks and paddleboards. When we booked there was a golf cart in the listing but unfortunately it was removed from the listing before our trip. During our stay there was very low water pressure (all of the island was under restriction). Location was great. Nearby restaurant cooked our fresh caught fish for us. Several iguanas roam the property, plenty to do on the property. You can see the sunrise and set from the jetty, a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.
Everything about this condo and our stay was perfect.
The amenities are exactly as described. The condo was very clean, attractively arranged for comfort and convenience with well appointed furniture. The two bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped - super well equipped and extremely organized. The manager was easy to communicate with and super efficient when responding. Definitely highly recommended. We would love to return one day!
Cool older building with great Florida character. Leave yourself enough time to enjoy the amenities - we were running into the Everglades and didn’t really use all the stuff.
The condo was perfect for our family. Clean, well equipped and in a great location. Unfortunately, the weather was cold and windy for most of our trip so we didn’t get to use most of the outdoor amenities but we really appreciated the heated pool on the day it was warm. Nicole was very attentive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
We loved our stay here! This condo was spotless, probably the cleanest rental I've ever stayed in! There are more supplies and toiletries than expected. The kitchen is very well stocked with any cooking utensils you'll need. The kayaks, tennis rackets, and golf cart were an added bonus. More than enough space for two adults and three children. My kids love fishing at the jetty, swimming in the lagoon, and having a fire and cooking at the tiki huts. Nicole was very easy to communicate with and always available.
The property was super clean and recently updated. The beds were great and the owner has everything you need to enjoy the pool & ocean. The owner was available when ever we had a question. We really enjoyed the golf cart! There a several GREAT restaurants very close by. We woulds stay here again and recommend it highly.
My family and I had a great stay at this Key Largo condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The property manager, Nicole, was quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!
When renting this property please be sure to take plenty of before and after photos of the rental. Property Manager didn’t care nor wanted to investigate or hear anything I had to say. She immediately just blamed me for damages in the rental. Claimed she had a five star rating rental place therefore it was impossible for damage to already be done to the room before I checked in.
When I checked in there was damage already done to sliding door entrance. Side wall you could tell had been rotting from water damage. Baseboard splitting and wall had been repaired multiple times it appeared already. Property manger didn’t care that you reported damage was already there it was automatically renters doing.
When I checked out I combed thru the rental for missed item, damages, and making sure everything was done per checkout procedures. Nothing was broken. But yet property manager accused me of breaking a decor dish that was in tack when I checked out. Manager failing to inspect the rental before housekeeping got there has no proof it wasn’t broken or that housekeeper didn’t do it just automatically blames you and want you pay for it.
Very upsetting the level of unprofessional. Yes our stay was nice that was only issue other than when I pulled out couch to look for my sons coin he dropped it appeared housekeeping never cleaned behind or under couch for it was disgusting with other renters item, dust, spills and nasty dirt build up.
Hope in future property manager puts a better procedure in place to inspect places after renters leave before housekeeping enters rental and after housekeeping leave to insure other renter don’t get attacked such as I did.
Fantastic Location with lots of Equipment to use!!
This property was absolutely amazing! Decorated extremely well and the couch is the best!! The golf cart was so fun to ride on all over the property and way out to the water. The paddle boards were awesome. The pool was great! Having lots of chairs along the waterfront and beach area and a grill to cook on was great! Next time we will definitely stay longer!
This condo was a pleasant surprise. Cautious friends warned against renting places this way, but this one had it all and then some. The cleanliness was refreshing to see. The size was much bigger than photos made it seem. The contents of the condo went above and beyond- they even had games, books, etc. The location was AWESOME! Right by the water and nearby there was so much to do, many places to eat without having to get onto the Overseas Highway. It was such a great and needed vacation. Would definitely recommend this unit as a vacation rental.
We loved this place! The place itself is updated, clean, easy to access and very well stocked. I've never stayed in a place with so many stocked items: sunscreen, beach chairs, beach towels, everything you need in the kitchen and more! It was wonderful. We used the laundry one day and there was even detergent. The highlight was the golf cart! We used it to explore the grounds and go out on the jetty. It was so much fun! Also appreciated having the kayaks, SUPs, and bikes. The pond is pretty cool, with fish that you can feed. The pool was great. I just have nothing negative to say, it was a wonderful experience. Nicole was on top of things, even reminded me about the 10 am checkout, which I appreciated. Thanks so much!
This condo had such a cute tropical beach decor. The condo provided lots of activities such as golf cart, tennis, pools, lagoon, paddle boards, kayaks, and bikes.
Our rental was extremely well furnished and equipped. Very clean which I am fussy about.
Positive. Would highly recommend this unit. We did not use the equipment but for those that want it is available label. Pool as excellent. Close to Publix and shopping.
The picture of the condo made it look higher than it was when we walked in. Kinda surprised that you wouldn’t contact us for next year around same time.

Why they chose this property
This condo is located within Kawama, a private resort community in Key Largo, which is gated and guarded 24/7. Adjacent to the Tower Building are the newly resurfaced lighted tennis courts. Kawama was built around a delightful and scenic 3-acre salt-water lagoon that is constantly maintained and properly aerated to keep the small fish and plant life well balanced. You will always find swimmers, paddle boarders, kayakers and kids on floats enjoying the large floating platforms that have been tethered and placed in the middle of the lagoon. There is a sandy beach at one end of the lagoon, tiki huts and also a walking path around the perimeter of its shoreline, which is dotted with palms and shady trees. The lagoon is one of two unique features of the Kawama community. The other unique feature is the 400-foot fishing jetty, where residents and guests enjoy fly-fishing for tarpon, bonefish and snapper and where they also like to gather for sunset watching each evening (a photo opportunity not to be missed). Across the water, a few hundred yards in front of the jetty, you will discover Rodriguez Key, a small uninhabited and protected mangrove island that is popular with boaters for its low-tide sandbar. A nice leisurely walk from the Tower to the jetty will take you along Kawama's beach and sandy coastline, where you will find several tiki huts, lots of beach-type seating (a perfect place to sunbathe), and a couple of fire pits, some grills and a fish-cleaning station. We also have the Molasses Reef Marina with dozens of slips and a boat ramp that can be used by owners and guests at no charge. The boats have access to the marina's channel, which empties directly into the Atlantic Ocean. Besides the Tower's own private Oasis Pool, Kawama's amenities also include a fun children's playground with a Pirates theme. We are surrounded by world-famous John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, where thousands come to snorkel and scuba dive and is only a short bike ride away.
What makes this property unique
Ours is the one condo in this building that provides amenities such as 2 kayaks with life vests in various sizes, 2 paddle boards, 2 bikes with helmets, tennis rackets & balls, fishing poles & gear plus much more. We're all about FUN IN THE SUN!
*Please note that you will be required to complete a waiver prior to your stay in order to use the kayaks, paddleboards and bikes.
