This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom room is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 500 sq. ft. The residence has a communal pool, is walking distance to the beach and is a few minutes drive from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

The daily rental rate includes all charges except electricity (which is charged by the Residence based on consumption). Housekeeping is included as well, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.

Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: massive discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings.
