Only there a few hours and it had everything we needed for our overnight stay. TV would be nice. Little farther walking for our age than anticipated but quick drive to everywhere.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was wonderful, very nicely decorated and clean. We really liked how close it was to all the unique restaurants and downtown.Nightlife
A friend and I enjoyed this wonderful rental for a weekend and had a great time. The location is close enough to everything to be really convenient, but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The lack of TV was not an issue as we brought an iPad to watch movies. This is definitely a place I would rent again when I go back to Charlottesville.
This apartment was charming, comfortable, quiet, and quaint. My friend and I enjoyed our short stay. My only concern is the slippery bathtub/shower. Maybe consider a rubber mat?
Had a wonderful time at this lovely home. Comfortable living space and beds with good AC for a home built in 1915! The coffee pods were a welcome surprise as I forgot mine! There was no tv so on the one rainy evening, we watched a movie on an iPad - but it worked as the WiFi was good and it was nice to be tv free the rest of our trip. Great location to walk over to the pedestrian mall. The free trolley was nice to ride a little further around town and we were able to Uber out to a winery for a reasonable fare. Definitely recommend staying here!!!

The check in was super easy and the property was a joy to enter. Super clean and comfortable, and very welcoming. Thank you for letting us be your guests.
We loved our stay. We only stayed one night but the apartment worked perfectly for us. It's walkable to the downtown mall and Belmont restaurants and situated in a quiet neighborhood. The inside of the apartment is spotlessly clean with lots of historic charm. We'd definitely stay again!
Monica's little place was perfect for our long weekend. It's close to so much and easy to navigate to and from. Street parking was available and the neighborhood was sweet. The space was the perfect size for what we needed.
It was the perfect place for a weekend with my best friend and myself!

Lovely updated older home easily walkable to downtown Charlottesville. Dog friendly (no cats allowed). Bottle of local wine awaiting our arrival as a welcome gift.
My adult daughter and I loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. It was immaculately clean, comfortable and cozy with a lovely decor that matched the historical nature of the house. The kitchen was well equipped with charming appliances and the communication with Monica was excellent. We were ready to move in by the end of our stay!
This was such a sweet flat and in a really perfect location. The apartment was very clean and just as pictured. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.
We had a great time. The apartment is a very short walk to the Downtown Mall and many other local attractions. We barely used our car. Tons of highly rated restaurants a short walk away. The host provided wine, snacks, and a pitcher of cool water to start us off. There were also brochures for many local attractions in the apartment for our use. A++ would stay again!
The space was perfect for the two of us but could have easily had more people. Appreciate that the space is dog friendly too! Super clean and the host left is a bottle of wine. We loved the neighborhood - eclectic, charming, and quiet - and were able to walk all over town from the home. Also got to enjoy Quality Pie for breakfast and the amazing pizza shop at the end of the street.
The property was on the second floor of a Circa 1905 house with plenty of period charm. It was spacious, clean, and close to everything. We would definitely recommend.
We had 4 of us stay here while in town for a wedding. The location was convenient to everywhere we needed to be. The apartment was clean and well stocked. Would stay here again.
