Please note the following schedule for our outdoor pool availability:

Pool Closed: Until July 20th
Pool Open: From July 20th to Labor Day Weekend
Pool Closed: After Labor Day until Memorial Day 2025

The pool will be available for guests from July 20th to Labor Day Weekend. This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues.

Take a plunge in the newly renovated outdoor pool or perhaps the indoor pool (heated seasonally), if you prefer. an outdoor hot tub, a steam room and sauna, and a fitness facility are all located on-site for your enjoyment as well. Dine at our in-house restaurant, utilize the spacious meeting and event space, and find last-minute purchases for friends back home in our lobby gift shop. Both children and adults will enjoy the seasonal amenities which include an outdoor tiki bar and splash pad. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available for an additional fee.

You’ll find the SunDestin Unit 0914 one bedroom condo affords comfortable sleeping options for up to four people, with a private bedroom housing a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Everyone in your party will enjoy the calming color palette throughout this unit, further inducing relaxation and serenity. Watch a movie on one of two flat panel televisions located in both the bedroom and living room with DVD rentals available in the lobby!Purchase local groceries and create your own meals in the airy, fully-stocked kitchen. Savor your freshly-prepared snacks and take in the fresh sea air on the balcony, complete with seating for two. An open floor plan ensures expansive gulf views from the kitchen, living room and bedroom.

Centrally located in the heart of Destin, you’ll find an array of restaurants and shops nearby to pass the time when you’re ready to break away from the beach. Should you have any questions, our accommodating Scenic Stays team is available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property.
