*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September 9th, 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. Please be advised that our outdoor amenities will be closed until the Spring of 2025:

This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues. We apologize for any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our resort for your future enjoyment.

Sitting directly on the sparkling waters of the Emerald Coast, SunDestin Beach Resort is sure to become your next go-to Destin escape. Property amenities include a newly renovated outdoor pool, indoor pool (heated seasonally), outdoor hot tub, splash pad (seasonal), newly renovated onsite restaurant, outdoor tiki bar (open seasonally), workout facility, event/meeting space, gift shop, complimentary DVD rentals and more! The Scenic Stays is always available at the 24 hour front desk.

Upon entry to SunDestin 909, you'll find the bedroom with a king sized bed and an attached full bath. A half bath is accessible from the hall for guests. At the end of the entry hall, there's a fully equipped kitchen for full meals or a quick snack to take to the beach. An open dining and living room concept immediately follow, with comfortable seating for 4 guests and a relaxing sofa and armchair to enjoy after a long day at the beach. Sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico welcome you from the living room and spacious balcony with seating for two. This cozy one-bedroom condo sleeps four guests comfortably with a king bed and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

SunDestin Beach Resort is centrally located to all the great attractions Destin has to offer. Four miles west, you'll find the Destin Harbor, where there's plenty of shops and restaurants.
