OURS BLANC 11 - LA CLUSAZ
3 people / 20 m2 / 1 room classified 2 ** NN 3 pers. / Ground floor / South / Mini wifi box (paying option)
In a residence of 30 apartments on the ground floor with balcony, built in 1971, located 500 m from La Clusaz-centre (5 mins walk) and 800 m from the ski lift departures (Télémix, Bossonnet chairlift and ski lessons departures). ESF (Bossonnet). Very nice view of the village, the mountains and the ski slopes. Shuttles at 50 m.
ENTRANCE/KITCHEN CORNER: (parquet floor) 3.24 m2, fridge (134L), microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fondue set, filter coffee maker, kitchen utensils
LIVING ROOM: (parquet floor) 13.39 m2, 1 bunk beds (80 cm), (high bed prohibited -6 years old), 1 RAPIDO sofa bed for 2 people (140 cm), wardrobe storage, television, French window opening onto a balcony south (possibility to store skis), beautiful view of the mountains and the village,
SHOWER ROOM: 3.11 m2, bath, basin, washing machine, WC
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Services included:
- Free welcome kit (toilet paper roll, garbage bag, sponge, floor liquid, dishwasher tablets)
- Duvets and pillows
- Central heating, water, electricity (with the exception of long-term rentals (invoiced according to meter reading)
- Collective parking of the residence (places not named) or communal public parking (weekly subscription)
- Outside stairs to access the entrance of the residence or the chalet (5 steps)
Optional services not included:
- Arrival outside opening hours
- Pet not allowed
- Ski lockers at Bossonnet
- Bank card deposit upon delivery of keys (500€)
To be ordered 10 days before your arrival:
