When you enter your comfortable cottage with modern amenities and a contemporary feel, you can decide if you're going to cook your own food, dine out at one of the many restaurants within walking distance or have a Bahamian style seafood dinner delivered right to your door. Take advantage of our Concierge service allowing you to order a few food and drink items in advance. They will be placed in your cottage while you explore the safe, quiet neighbourhood and begin experiencing island living on your time.

Or perhaps you'd like to kick off your shoes and take just 15 steps to the soft, white sand beach where you can relax on your personal beach chair under the shade of an umbrella. Don't forget to ask us about the PADDLE BOARD or KAYAK FREE to use (some restrictions would apply). Or grab a snorkel from the gear box for your personal underwater experience right from the beach. If you're feeling adventurous, RENT OUR GOLF CART and take a tour of the island . Remember to STAY LEFT!

At night, open the windows and fall asleep to the soothing lullaby of the waves as they wash onto the shore.

In the morning, walk out onto your expansive balcony to sit and enjoy your morning cup. While you're there, keep an eye out for the dolphin pods as they cruise north to feed. If you're lucky, you'll catch the babies playfully jumping. Your balcony is also the place to catch a tangerine, magenta, or golden honey coloured sunset kissing the bleached white clouds as it sinks into the distant horizon.

Wonderful place in the heart of Bimini!

Perfect little place in the heart of the Bimini villas! Easy beach access with all the beach amenities needed & local food places within walking distance. Everything was clean & all the basic necessities were provided. 10/10 recommend!

Quaint and excellent location

Fantastic stay. Started with a warm smile and a hug from Katt. The property is steps from Radio beach. Close enough to the pubs for a drink but far enough to be quieter. The kottage was very clean and cute and had all the modern ammenities needed. Great location to walk to several retaurants. Will definitely stay here next time we come back.

Truly a Little Piece of Paradise

We're still talking about the wonderful 5 days we had at Katt's Kottage, and how we can go back next year for a longer period of time. From the time we were picked up at the water taxi dock by Katt to the moment she dropped us back there to leave, everything was perfect. The people we met, the food we ate, our lazy days days spent in or on the water - it was like an amazing dream. The accommodations are perfect. We can't wait to return!

Piece of heaven

Bimini has water that is unequalled anywhere. Alice Town is the real deal and not just another resort town. Katt and Matt are the best. Gave our stay the special touches and her bread is to die for. If you’re going to Bimini, don’t stay anywhere else.

Wonderful Week with Katt

The cottage was perfect! Katt has so many conveniences to make the stay pleasant. I esp liked having a beach towel and beach accessories handy. The water cooler/dispenser in the kitchen was nice too. The cottage was very clean. The AC was strong. The location was perfect. I'm a diver and Big Game dive shop was like a 4 mins walk. Radio Beach is fantastic. Many walkable restaurants around. I also walked to grocery store. Loaf of Bimini bread upon arrival was a nice touch. Katt and Matt are very warm and welcoming. Thank you so much. I hope to come back again and stay with you.

The Best

The Kottages are so comfortable and located at the beach. Katt is the consummate hostess. Great communication, no hidden charges, and accesible. Definitely will seek to stay here anytime I stay in Bimini. Can’t get any better.

Best VRBO Anywhere!

This awesome cottage is cozy, clean and 20 steps from the most beautiful beach you will ever see! If sunsets are your thing, get your camera ready...you won't believe your eyes! As far as your hosts go, Katt and Matt are simply wonderful. They are always available for anything you need or want to know about the island. This was my second visit with them and they feel more like family than just hosts. If you're planning a trip to Bimini don't wait to book...you will thank me!

Amazing getaway

This was our first time in Bimini and we will be back. Matt and Katt were great hosts! The accommodations were lovely and clean. We rented their golf cart and cruised the entire island and determined this location is the best for the beach and ocean. We felt safe and comfortable. Due to it being the off season, we practically had the entire beach to ourselves. Things we learned is that next time, we will bring more food items. Some of the restaurants were closed through the week. We spent a day at the Hilton resort. You can pay $12.50 pp and use their accommodations. Again we were alone there. It was a beautiful resort, but am glad we didn’t stay there. Being in Alicetown gave us the vibe we wanted for an island getaway. I also determined you don’t need any fancy clothes, come as you are. Great place!! Thanks Matt and Katt for your wonderful hospitality, we hope to be back soon with our son.

Bimini Bliss

Second trip to N Bimini, and Katts Kottage. Her and Matt are the best hosts you could ask for. Attentive, very friendly and personable. Property located next to the best beach on the island, water is undescribable blue. Locals are friendly, local food is good. Dove with the Bull Sharks at Bimini Big Game club. Fished with some local kids. We will definitely stay with Katt again.

The best

I loved this place so much! It literally could not have been better. If you’re looking for a fancy refined resort, it’s probably not for you. But if you want a lovely, clean, well-appointed local home, read on. It’s in an amazing location right in town and so close to the beach I’d just walk across the lane in my bare feet and swimsuit. And even in such a convenient neighborhood location, it’s soooo quiet! In my experience, that’s a tough combo and usually a big question mark when booking. Matt and Katt are absolutely lovely people who gave me all the privacy and solitude I could have ever wanted, while also being very responsive and generous with assistance. They clearly love their home and their guests and take meticulous care of us! I would stay here again in a heartbeat and I miss it already :)

Nirvana….like stepping into a dream

Katt & Matt we’re the nicest hosts we’ve ever stayed with, everything you could possibly need was provided. Not to mention the fabulous home baked breads. Enjoyed Alice Town-made friends had great food and drink. The beach was amazing. We will be back.

Katt's Kottages

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Katt's Kottages. The location is perfect for beach access and you can easily get to wherever you needed to go. I would definitely stay there again because Matt and Katt made it very inviting and comfortable in an unfamiliar place.

Just Perfect

We stayed with Matt and Katt for our first trip to Bimini, and it will certainly not be our last stay with them! They are the most gracious, helpful hosts we have ever experienced. From answering all of our questions about the property, and of the island itself before the stay, to helping us get our luggage down to the marina on our last day, Matt and Katt were consistently helpful. We stayed at the one bedroom cottage. It was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was remarkably clean, well-stocked and well-organized. It certainly felt like a home away from home. The beach was unbelievably beautiful, and as it turns out, the perfect spot to get engaged! :) Bimini now holds a special place in our hearts, and we will not hesitate to stay with Matt and Katt for future trips. You will not regret booking a stay with them!

Matt and Katt are both Bahamian born and raised. They have worked in the Tourism industry for the majority of their adult lives in one capacity or another. Matt has lived in Bimini all his life and Katt has lived here for the past 29 years.
