Oceanfront Private Lanikai Beach House
Lanikai Beach Oceanfront. This home is a tastefully updated beachfront getaway on what is often cited as one of the world's best beaches. There are 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and an open concept living area. The lot is just under 1/2 of an acre - large for the area - providing both ample privacy and on property parking. There is a deck in the back providing a direct view of "the Mokes", one of the most photographed views anywhere. House is just a short drive or bike ride to the many amenities of downtown Kailua. High speed internet throughout. The house has been fully renovated with high end finishes, which is not reflected in these photos. Please reach out if you'd like updated photos.
Other Things to note:
HAWAII STATE TAX and TRANSIENT ACCOMMODATIONS TAX WILL BE ADDED TO THE DAY RATE. $1000 cleaning fee will be added as well.
The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30-days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. The 30-day rental period will be communicated to guest upon booking. Quoted price will not apply. Rates based on a 30 day rental period. Please Inquire.

What makes this property unique
The property has one of the best views anywhere. In addition, the location is extremely private, behind a gate on one of Oahu's most exclusive streets.
