It is everything you could ask for, at a price you can't beat!
This beautiful studio measures approximately 324 square feet, You'll enjoy a king bed, a well- equipped kitchenette, a cozy dining and living area. This suite accommodates 2 guests.

-This resort is undergoing renovations, with project completion expected mid-2025. The resort may assign guests a different view as a result. Dust and noise may be expected during this time.
-Limited Parking
-Some activities/attractions are available at an additional charge
-The Caribbean is experiencing unusually high levels of Sargassum seaweed this season. During periods of excessive seaweed, the beach will not be accessible and transportation to nearby Coki beach will be provided.
-A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.
-U.S. Virgin Islands government has imposed a fee of $25 per unit per night to be paid at check-in.
-There is a daily energy fee of $25 assessed onsite.

Unfortunately, i wouldn't stay here again. First day we arrived at 5pm for a 4pm check in. The room wasnt ready so we had to wait 3 hrs to get in after traveling all day. Then when the room was finally ready the room keys didn’t work, they didn’t work for two days we got 6 sets of keys and if we wanted to get into the room they had security let us in. No big deal if the room was close to the lobby but we were in the top building up 4 sets of stairs up the mountain side. Once that was fixed the tv in the room went out and then they locked us out last day after we requested late check out. The resort was overall nice but it didn't outweigh their issues.

This unit exceeded my expectations from the moment I arrived. What a beautiful resort! My suite was spotless and in the perfect location on the beach, near the pool and steps away from the restaurant. I am already planning to return.

amazing trip!

my fiancée and i stayed here for 5 nights. the room was very clean and nice. fun resort area with pools, bars and restaurants. the smell of sargassum is present and strong, of course that’s out of anyone’s control just keep in mind. free parking as well. power outages did occur, just be prepared our longest lastest nearly 24 hours. overall great location and room would definitely stay again!

Not the greatest!

When we arrived we were told there was a problem with the grill and the kitchen would be back open in a few days. What they did not tell us was that there had been confirmed covid cases in the kitchen and the kitchen would not open back up the entire 7 days we were there. I will say I am grateful that they had the staff tested before coming back to work but we would have appreciated them being honest with us and telling us what happened. The staff in the lobby were extremely rude when we questioned what was going on. You do have to take a cab anywhere to get or do anything (beaches (you can't use the one on site due to seaweed), water, coffee, drinks, food) as everything on site was closed. The beach is completely covered in seaweed so be prepared for that. They just make big piles of it. The smell can be overwhelming. And as other reviews state they do try to sell you a timeshare when you arrive so be prepared for that as well. The grounds (aside from the beach area) are beautiful though and very well cared for. These guys are out there all day caring for the lawn, etc. The likelihood of everything being shut down when other guests arrive is unlikely and was mostly out of their control due to covid. I would just like to have seen better communication and a little friendlier staff in the lobby when asked what was going on. They were appalled we were even questioning what was going on and at one point asked what it was exactly we would like for them to do.
