Hilltop Texan is a beautifully renovated cottage in a great location near DFW Airport. The space is warm, inviting, relaxing and quiet, with wood accents and shiplap. The beds are soft and cozy with memory foam mattresses and Egyptian Cotton sheets. The Texas themed half duplex home has privacy and all the amenities needed. WiFi is provided along with a 50 inch Smart TV, wood burning fireplace, desk and a fully equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances and coffee bar. Kitchen features brand new kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, range, dishwasher and microwave. New washer/dryer is in the laundry room. For more information, 817.996.6497. Family vacation

This property was perfect for our trip. It was a great location and short trip for activities in Dallas, Grapevine and Irving. The house was clean and very cozy! Chris was very quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay. We would definitely recommend this rental to friends and family.

Quaint, trendy, cute!!

My in-laws stayed here for a week while they were house shopping. They stayed in it like they owned it! Great linens, well stocked, owner was responsive when we had questions on how to work the TV and Internet. I definitely recommend this rental and this owner, especially if you need temporary housing or a nice place to stay if you’re in town for the weekend. Great awesome Location close to restaurants, shopping, Grapevine Main Street in one direction and Arlington in the other.

Perfect Home Away from Home

Hilltop Texan was absolutely perfect. The home was beautiful, looks exactly like the photos. You have everything you need, the hosts have thought of it all. Chris and Roni were always available to answer questions and point us in the right direction. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to all.
