The structure we propose as a detached house is made up of two real estate units, the main house and the annex. The two units communicate with each other only from the outside. Child friendly, cosy, rustic terraced house "Casa di Nena", 300 m a.s.l.. Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the hamlet Salapreti 3 km from the centre of Camaiore, 11 km from the centre of Viareggio, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on top of a hill, 11 km from the sea. "Casa di Nena", 5-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), TV. Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (oven, Gas stove, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer) with dining table, open-hearth fireplace. Exit to the terrace. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom. Sep. WC. Gas heating. Heating available only from 01.11. to 07.04. 2nd upper floor: 1 double bedroom. Bath/bidet/WC. Garden 18 m2, porch 12 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Very beautiful distant view of the valley. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). No internal connecting door between the separated properties. A relaxing escape

Casa Di Nena was a rustic, simple home with amazing views to the sea, stunning sunsets and endless views of lush green. It is hilly and a short walk up hill from parking the car and I wouldn't therefore advise it for people with poor mobility. The home has no wi-fi and lots of little quirky features which suited my party who just wanted a pure escape from everything.

Très décevant

Équipements inexistants, prestations plus que mediocres par rapport au prix, État de la maison et de la piscine qui laissent à désirer, transats cassés, lits non faits, literie très mauvaise, chambre à l’extérieur non isolée donc pièce étouffante, 1 salle de bain inutilisable car fuite d’eau,… abattant toilettes cassé, pas un canapé pour de détendre… bref très déçus….

Toller Ausblick mit Abstrichen

Das Anwesen liegt etwas abseits (2km von Camaiore entfernt) in den Bergen in einer kleinen SIedlung. Vom sehr schönen und gepflegten Garten- und Poolbereich hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick in die malerische Landschaft. Leider gibt es einige negative Punkte: - Das Haus ist nur mäßig sauber. - Die Betten sind sehr alt und unbequem - In 2 von 4 Betten ist durch die Poolpumpe fast durchgehend eine sehr hohe Geräuschkulisse (laute Nächte) - Die launische Besitzerin war nicht sehr gastfreundlich

Wer die Ruhe sucht , weit ab von Lärm und Hektik ist hier genau richtig .Von der Terrasse aus ein super Blick über das Tal bis hin zum Meer. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man so braucht . Zum Relaxen ist ein Garten mit Liegen und ein Pool vorhanden . Und mit dem Auto ist alles ziemlich schnell zu erreichen . Daumen hoch

Wochenurlaub

Der Aussenbereich ist traumhaft und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus selber ist schön und Rustikal eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit in der Küche sollte besser sein. Im Bad vom Haupthaus ist kein Duschvorhang vorhanden und die Bettanzüge für 7 euro Pro Person waren zu klein. Wir verbrschten trotz den kleinen Mängeln eine tolle Woche in diesem Haus
