Gorgeous corner lot home with a private pool and hot tub.

Spacious corner single level home in North Scottsdale. This home has 2400 square feet of living space. The house is a three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The house has no steps , perfect for guests with limitations.

The home is in walking distance to great shopping and dining at Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. A quick 5 minute drive to TPC Scottsdale, Home of the Waste Management Phoenix Open. Multiple hiking options in the area. Great access to HWY101 and HWY51 gets you to all the places you want to go quickly.

The master bedroom has a King size bed with plenty of dresser space and a private bathroom with a double vanity. The guests bedrooms are separated by a spacious bathroom with a double sink , both guest bedrooms have Queen size beds..

The house has an inground five foot deep PLAY POOL (non diving ) which is UNHEATED, also has a six person hot tub. Both pool and hot tub are professionally cleaned and checked every Monday. The yard has plenty of lounging / sitting areas. A picnic table overlooking the pool is a great way to enjoy your meal or snack in between swims. While swimming you can enjoy music with the provided JBL outdoor speaker via Bluetooth. Pool is UNHEATED - Ideal Swim Season May thru Early Oct.


CLEANING
We have always been very particular about cleanliness, and want to let you know that we are doing our part to help our guests stay safe from the spread of unwanted viruses. Our team takes great care to sanitize and disinfect all high touch surfaces including, light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, keypad entry lock, etc. We use high quality disinfectants and sanitizers as prior to each guest arrival.

HOT TUB is for adults only, no children under the age of 17 are allowed in, HOT TUB cannot be used for a play pool for kids under 17.

Thank you for such a wonderful property where we didn’t have to worry about anything. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Our son loved the game room with us as well. We also look for a home in this area because of its close location to Mayo Clinic/hospital. It was an easy drive and no worries. We would book again!

Great Stay in Scottsdale!
We rented to visit our son, who works in Scottsdale. The house has everything you need. We were able to cook for the family, as the kitchen is well-stocked and up to date, and there is a gas grill. The house has an incredible pool and hot tub. The shades over the pool are a a great feature, as the Arizona heat in July is no Joke! We were able to get into the pool throughout the day and take advantage of the shade. Be sure to use to foam pool loungers! The house is a great set up for vacations. There's a game room with games, two TV areas, 3 large bedrooms, and 2 updated bathrooms. Again, everything you need is included. This was appreciated, as the temp was over 110 every day- which limited outdoor activities until the evening. Dan was a great host. He communicated well, was able to provide flexibility and make the check in/out process easy, and checked in to make sure we were doing OK. Finally, this neighborhood is close to everything you want. Great restaurants, shopping, and other activities are all close. As a July bonus, we got fireworks we watched from the pool for the entire holiday weekend- with two displays on Saturday night. Regardless of time of year, or purpose for visiting, this home is definitely worth it.

I was in town for a conference, so my top priority list was finding a place close to the Scottsdale Fairmont Princess Hotel. Dan and Shelly's place checked that box and then some. I'm not sure I can add to the superlatives, as it's already been said many times that Dan and Shelly's place is great! My family and I agreed that it easily tied for first place with our previous top VRBO experience. Dan was a rockstar communicator, and as a communicator myself, I really appreciated his timely replies. We spent a lot of time on the patio and in the pool and hot tub in Dan and Shelly's very private backyard. Even though my travels won't likely bring us back to these parts again, my hard-to-please husband said, "I would stay here again." THAT'S high praise coming from him! Thank you, again, Dan and Shelly!

Amazing property close to everything north Scottsdale has to offer. The property is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. It felt like home. Pool is very well kept and beds were comfortable. Master bathroom shower was like a spa. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. There was even a little gift for my granddaughter waiting for us. Will stay here again next time we are in town!

An Absolute Gem
This by far was our favorite vacation rental. It’s perfectly located, with easy access to the phoenix loop, a few minutes from the Scottsdale Quarter for some high end shopping, and about 15 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale. We fell in love with this place day one, it truly felt like a home away from home. It was very clean, the king size bed and linens were beyond hotel quality. The bathrooms, updated, with a spacious infinity shower. The pool and back patio were well equipped to comfortably, privately, lay out in the sun and cool off from the warm Arizona day. We got to use the hot tub after our day long hike in Sedona, it was perfect, with the most beautiful sunsets, palm tree shadows in the darkening blue sky. Our only regret was not having our kids and grandkids with us to share this Absolute Gem of a vacation home with. We look forward to our next visit.

This home was a great pick! First, the home has all that you need and more. Nice walk-in shower in Master bath. Kitchen fully supply like you were at your own home. Especially liked that the wlk-in pantry was accessible with needed items and had things that past renters left that might be useful. Back Patio was very relaxing and private. And loved the pool and hot tub to enjoy.(Thanks for the access to the rechargeable music box for outside) And the family room with all the games was very nice! I was able to play Pac-Man again (felt like a little kid :) ) The location was perfect too. Everything from eating, entertainment and golf were all within a short drive. We plan to stay here again when we come back to Scottsdale. Highly recommend this place!!!

The house had all the little things to make it a great stay! There was coffee, pool floats and a Bluetooth speaker! The layout provided for privacy with bedrooms on opposite sides of the house. Our stay was comfortable, easy and fun!

If I could afford to never return to the “real world” I would just stay here floating in the pool!
The communication was incredible! This was the first time using VRBO. We have used the “other site” multiple times but wanted to try something different. Process was so much easier. Our host sent house instructions and information over a month prior so that we could ask any questions. They even let us know they were doing some remodeling and assured us not to worry, it would be done before we got there. They did update us and even prior before us getting there they let us know there was some tiny speed bumps that wouldn’t effect our stay which it did not. So we were very thankful for the communication. We also were able to communicate while we were there and couldn’t figure something out and they were very responsive. My son and husbands only request was a big screen TV outside so they could watch football and lounge in the pool. My absolute only complaint because there should always be something that needs improvement is maybe offer extra pillows in the closet if a guest wants them and blankets. My husband likes it cold when he sleeps I hate being cold and always need an extra blanket and extra pillow. Otherwise everything was even more then expected. Oh! Side note… location wise… it is close to everything. Grocery, food, airport, coffee, Dunkin’ Donuts. Places to get nails and hair done, shopping and more.

Perfect House
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was in order and the kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub, the pool, the game room...were all GREAT. The newly renovated master bath was so nice. My wife loved the floor tiles, and they were used in the laundry room too. Communication was extremely fast. We were very pleased, content and happy staying here. Would highly recommend! Amazing stay!!
Our stay was amazing!! The home was beautiful and Dan and Shelly thought of everything. We brought food and supplies to cook and have dinner with the kids and we were amazed at how well equiped the kitchen was for all of our needs. The pool is the perfect size and not too deep for the kids. The arcades and all of the board games made my kids fill their day with fun activities. There is a park, golf course, Fry's, and gas station just outside the neighborhood which we found super convenient (minus the golf course, will be back to visit that another day). Overall we had an amazing weekend and in the words of my 7 year old "we didn't like it...we loved it"

Amazing stay
Beautiful home , we had no issues, communication with property owners was flawless! Couldn’t ask for anything more. The pictures of this property doesn’t do it justice. The game room was a fun addition to our stay .The pool was incredible, along with the patio was a great break from the sun. If i ever go back to Scottsdale, I WILL STAY THERE AGAIN. Family Week in Scottsdale
This was a great stay! Well organized, well equipped and helpful communication with the owner. From swimming, to cooking and video games, we had everything we needed have a happy week. Weather cooperated and we had fun morning to night. Was very happy with communication with owner and responsiveness to questions.

The game room was a big hit!
The house was exactly as described. Dan was very helpful and made certain we knew the pool wasn’t heated and offered a different property if we wanted to cancel this house. The pool is beautiful and it will be great when they get it heated. We had trouble with the thermostat and Dan was very helpful and he did get it working. We had everything we needed in the house, beds were comfortable. Only suggestion we would have is to turn the water heater up. With six people we could have used more hot water. (Just to let you know this family is accustom to very hot water). I would come to this house again.
