Casa bien situada con unas vistas impresionantes del Peñón y parte de Calpe. La casa necesita urgentemente un cambio de imagen,que la pinten entera y que revisen mobiliario en general.las puertas están viejas y suenan por todos lados...baños con óxido y sanitarios muy viejos.Mencionar el peligro de la barbacoa(peligra el seto que tiene al lado de la chimenea).Buenos electrodomésticos y zona de hamacas y piscina genial.la distancia al pueblo y playa es bastante correcta.Limpieza de la casa buen

Prachtige locatie
Het is een prachtige en rustige locatie met een adembenemend uitzicht. Mooie tuin met zwembad. Wel spijtig dat er geen airco is voorzien. Ook is er op het terras niet genoeg plaats om met 8 personen te eten of gewoon te genieten. Er zijn ook maar 6 ligstoelen, terwijl we met 8 waren. De matrassen van de bedden zijn veel te hard (al hebben we thuis ook een harde matras) waardoor we niet goed konden slapen.

Dovolená jak má být
Tuto dovolenou, kterou jsme prožili 14dni byla prostě super.Dům se nachází ve vilové čtvrti kde je vše čisté upravené no prostě pastva pro oči. Absolutní soukromí, krásný bazén který byl 4x čištěn a kontrolován, gril pěkné posezení v palmové zahradě . Všude kousek 5min.do obchodu na pláž 10 až 15min.krásnou procházkou. Pláže písčité čisté pozvolný vstup do vody no prostě bomba. Mohu vřele všem jen doporučit. Určitě se v Calpe nudit nebudete.

Casa antigua poco cuidada, le hace falta una buena mano de pintura decoración bastantes obsoleta y limpieza bastante escasa, almohadas muy vacías deberían de poner unas nuevas habia que doblarlas para notar que tenias una almohada, atención por interhome bastante buena, exteriores de la casa sin apenas iluminación y la poca que hay las bombillas fundidas

Cette villa est très bien situé proche centre ville et plage tout équipé vue magnifique le seul bémol il y a pas de four dans la cuisine sinon tout est parfait j'y reviendrai piscine top !! Je recommande cette villa

Casa Carmen
A lovely quiet location. Very clean and extremely well equipped and spacious. Suitable for all age groups as people with limited mobility can stay downstairs in the self contained apartment. There is a small supermarket near by if people do not want the walk to the larger supermarket that entails a steep hill walk on the way back. We are hoping to plan a third visit for the year 2018. Love it and love Calpe!

Casa Carmen- Enchinent
We found the villa lived up to our expectations. Very well equipped,very clean with lovely spacious gardens and pool. We were surprised to find there was no oven but this was not a major issue. We would recommend that the villa has the name Casa Carmen outside as our driver had difficulty locating it. We are booking the villa again for next year.
