Perfect for anyone looking for a great place to stay while visiting Yosemite (30 min of driving) or nearby attractions or enjoying the amenities of Pine Mountain Lake.
Nestled in the foresty community of Pine Mountain Lake, this charming cabin home is ready to be your retreat. Four bedrooms, including two sets of twin bunk beds, allow for the whole family to settle in after a day of adventure. Gather around the private gas grill in the backyard or around the Chimnea firepit on the front deck.

This home is within walking distance of Pine Mountain Lake Golf Course, an 18-hole course that is open to the public. For guests looking to go farther afield, local guides like those at Echo Adventure Cooperative (less than two miles from the home) can help you find the right excursion for you. Of course, the Big Oak Flat Entrance of Yosemite is just a 25 mile drive out.

Please note this gated and secured community charges an entrance fee of $46 per car for a pass good for up to 1 week. The community provides 24/7 gated security with many amenities (golf course, restaurants, lake beaches, camping sites, Equestrian Center, etc.). All short term guest staying in this community are required to pay this entrance fee to cover the security and the amenities.

Good enough.

The house was fine. A little dated but clean enough, plenty of room, and in a safe, gated community. I’m not a huge fan of Groveland (a bit grubby) but the location is close enough to Yosemite to be worth it. I’d stay again.

Great Location Near Yosemite

Highly recommend this nice vacation home about 30 minutes from Yosemite on Hwy 120. Plenty of room for 8 adults and teens for a weeks stay. Rooms are decent size and the wrap around deck was a nice gathering place in the morning and evenings. Located at Pine Mountain Lake, there's lots to do including swimming, fishing, bike riding, golfing and more. Remember to bring your beach towels (we forgot ours and none are available in the house).

Great place and great location

We were visiting Yosemite and it became a perfect place to stay. Not too far from yosemite park in a nice small town. There’s pizza place, grocery store, cafe etc within a mile of the property. Coming from bay area, it was right on the way. Property was clean and had almost everything you would need. Liked the fact that they had labeled all cabinets with what’s inside. We were surprised to see that they even had an Instant Pot! It had a very nice patio, deck and a yard. It had a disc golf and a tire swing as well. Out toddlers enjoyed playing that. Very happy with our stay at this property. Definitely recommended.

Very comfortable and accurate listing from gracious host

My friends and I were very impressed with this property. Everything was as described in the listing. In particular we loved the spacious living room and deck, loved the easy-to-use AC, and found that the bedrooms comfortably accommodated our group. We didn't take advantage of any of the amenities in the Pine Mountain Lake community, but the neighborhood was nice and easy to get in and out of. The best part though was the little touches. The host left a gift basket for us when we arrived, and when we had a questions about turning on some of the lights or check-out details, the host got back to us right away and was extremely helpful. Overall we all had a great stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Great Place Near Yosemite

We had a great 4-night stay at this wonderful house in the gated community of Pine Mountain Lake in Groveland, CA. This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom "cabin" has plenty of room for almost any large family or group. The wrap-around deck is great for relaxing after a long day of hiking at Yosemite. There is even a Weber gas grill for grilling dinner each night. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent again the next time we come to the area.
