Ready for the beach? This fully updated and furnished one-bedroom, one-bath Cape Canaveral condo is just a short walk to the waves, and there's enough beach-themed decor inside to get you excited! This condo is part of a beachfront community and includes a pool, a hot tub, a clubhouse, grills, and private beach access. You'll love catching the rocket launches and may even feel the sonic boom on the south-facing balcony, a great place for morning coffees and evening libations.

Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen and a private washer/dryer, all the better to keep your beach plans flexible. Use the shared outdoor shower to rinse off the sand before heading into the shared heated pool. When the sun starts to go down, central air conditioning will help everyone stay comfortable inside. Guests can pull down the double-size Murphy bed for extra sleeping space.

Guests can get a great look at the surrounding area at the Exploration Tower just under two miles away. Not far from there is the Cape Canaveral Lighthouse, where guests can take a tour and learn more about the area's space exploration heritage. The Manatee Sanctuary Park (one-and-a-half miles from the condo) provides a lovely retreat and a chance to view one of Florida's most protected animals. If you're looking to go fishing out on the water, guests can find many options departing from Port Canaveral just over two miles away. You'll also be close to the Kennedy Space Center and about an hour from Walt Disney World Resort and Universal Studios Florida.

Fun in the Sun!

We enjoyed everything about this condo. Great location and gorgeous beach. I absolutely loved the shower in this condo. They provided everything we needed. Would love to book again.

Loved the first bit. Kitchen was great. Bathroom great. The sinks in bathroom need better hot water delivery. Takes a long time. Also, bed and mattress have seen better days. Needs replacing. Door on laundry room needs fixed. Other than those minor items great.

Beautiful condo

We loved the location. Clean and plenty of dishes, cups, utensils and counter space. Close to the beach and restaurants. We saw 2 rocket launches while we were there. The only thing it was missing was a closet for hanging clothes.

Love the location! Washer and dryer is such a bonus! Corner unit is great with larger patio! Suggestion: Replace or professionally clean area rugs and get a bedspread that fits the bed. Would have rescheduled next year but weeks already booked 🙁

Wonderful once again

Ground floor unit is perfect for us and it really is close to the beach. Lots of room and spacious shower. The weather was perfect this year too!

Lovely stay

This condo was a wonderful stay. The shower is AMAZING. It has an overhead water release. It comes from 3 different levels on the wall, or you can select from a wand to control the location. The [property manager responded immediately to any issues. I also bought the family dinner for our minor troubles. I am looking forward to staying there again in the future.

Great house, poor repair response time

Loved the place and location! The bathroom sliding door was not working well and completely broke the first day we were there. We called it in and it was still not fixed when we left. This meant that we spent a week without the ability to close the bathroom door, which was not ideal with children and guests visiting. Everything else was fantastic, and we would be happy to come back again!

Nicely decorated with easy access

Not having to climb stairs was a huge plus. Kitchen and bathroom have been nicely updated. Access to the one bath has been added where the closet would have been so others do not have to go through the bedroom. The only negative was there was no closet to hang any clothes. Lots of hooks though and thankfully we travel with a few hangers!

Great Condo.

Walked in and said Wow! Nice clean condo, everything you needed was there. This is our second stay at Royal Mansions and won't be our last, this is our 8th trip to the Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach area. Beaches are so nice and wide, nice for lots of walking. Restaurants are the best. We will be back.

100 steps from the beach!!

We loved the condo. The parking was plentiful and the condo is literally a hundred steps from the beach. The condo was perfect for our family of 3, but wouldn't have many more guests than that. The closest access to the beach is stairs only and we would recommend labeling the light switches in the condo. It took us a day or two to figure out what controlled what (fans, lights, kitchen, hallway lights, etc). But we absolutely loved the property and the beach was beautiful. Would totally stay again!

Post Disney unwind

The location of this rental is great. Literally steps from our door, we had private beach access. Cute pool. There was A LOT of seaweed at the time we went, but that’s Mother Nature. There were beach chairs and toys available to use. I gave communication with owner 4/5 stars due to the fact that before we came, I emailed and asked if these things were available, and a week or so later, I got a response that these were not provided. A good surprise when we got there! Everything was clean, no complaints at all. An AWESOME shower that you will just have to see to believe, too! Cute beach rental. If there was one downside AT ALL, it was the beds. We had just come from a week at Disney in a value resort, and the beds were so comfy. The bed here was like a rock. Pillows too. Everyone was sore every morning. But hey, we were still at the beach! So, overall 4/5 stars for the price due solely to the cheap beds/bedding.

A “B” overall

Great location with easy access. Pool, hot tub and other amenities were very nice. The condo itself has three TVs that didn’t work and/or had no cable access, several lights were out and the unit needed a thorough deep clean. With all that said, we would stay there again.

Great Few Days At the Beach

This rental worked out great for our family. Beach access was very easy and supplies for the beach in the condo were good. The space provided was all we needed. The two beds were comfortable and the kitchen was awesome to have.

Amazing Find, Great Location

Overall this place was amazing. Great location, beachfront around good eats. Quiet community away from the hustle and bustle. We used the captains bed as the TV was bigger in the living room. Can't review the bed in master bedroom, didn't sleep in it. Shower was true to the pictures and amazing. I only gave this house 4 stars for one reason, the cleanliness. Most of the house was emaculate. However, the cleaning company that has been contacted for this house needs to pay more attention to the fine details. The vent in the bathroom was caked with dust, bad! Additionally, the light fixtures above the sink were dusty as well.. There is one carpet in the house in the master bedroom, I don't believe it was vacuumed at all. Lastly, some of the walls need a good wipe down. The dirt is pretty noticeable. I only bring this up due the fact that a hotel at this price point would have definitely paid attention to these details. Overall we had an amazing stay!
