Logement insalubre et hors normes - à fuir
Électricité apparente, tableau apparent en état vétuste, trou de piscine avec herbes hautes sans protections, déjections canines, pas de poignées intérieures sur les portes et portes fenêtres, logement extrêmement sale, draps non changés, sanitaires déplorables… Bref une mauvaise fiction sur laquelle Abritel se décharge de toute responsabilité. Un scandale !

Arrivés dans un lieu sans chauffage, sans eau chaude, sal sans ménage préalable
Passage du plombier le lendemain de notre arrivée pour installer un ballons d'eau chaude et purger les radiateurs afin qu'ils commencent à chauffer. La cuve de fioul ayant été remplie après notre arrivée. Propriété dangereuse. 1 seul accès, toutes les fenêtres et portes condamnées, clouées. Électricité hors norme, fils apparents, caches inexistant sur la majorités des prises et interrupteurs, tableau électrique non protégé avec des branchements ??? Pas de détecteur de fumée. Four, casseroles, vaisselles encrassés. Literies très usagées tachées ensanglantées sur qques unes. Dommage car beaucoup de potentiel
