This house is exactly like described and very conveniently located in Pigeon Forge. It is very nice and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again if it is open when we come back.

Perfect for our one night layover

We used this location as it was cheaper and offered more than any of the hotels In the area. Listing was exactly as described and was perfect for what we needed. The only thing we would mention to others is that the stairs were completely iced over and made it super hard to get luggage inside and I slipped and fell on them the first time going up them because you couldn't see they were iced over. From what I understand, this years weather has been out of the norm so maybe this is a one off. The location I felt was perfect if you want something more than a hotel can offer but you still want to be close to the action.

Old folks go to the mountains

We really enjoyed our stay here. This is about the third or fourth time we have stayed here. Everything is always clean and just as pictured. The owner is easy to communicate!!! Highly recommend!!

The cottage exceeded my expectations. Blake communication was amazing. He communicated in advance to ensure that I would be prepared with all of the necessities and checked on our stay each day. I have stayed at many properties and this was definitely a top tier stay. I will definitely stay here again.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Close to all the major attractions, but not so close that it is noisy. We felt the home was bigger than it appeared in the photos. Very clean and comfortable place to stay!

Very convenient location!

Great communication from the owner. The location was minutes away from most things in Pigeon Forge, but it was enough removed that you couldn't tell you were in the middle of the city. The house itself was just as described, clean, updated, I would stay here again!

Close to everything but quiet neighborhood

First off I was spectacle of the reviews of this property because the price was so cheap compared to others in the area. I’m glad to say the property exceeded our expectations. The home is in a great locations, right off the PF strip, but in a quiet neighborhood so you don’t hear all the cars and such. The home is very clean and the host includes a free bottle of wine…there’s tons of spices if you need them and all the cabinets are labeled so you can find what you need. Internet works great (which from experience in touristy areas it’s hit or miss with internet)… the host is very responsive and accommodating. Our only complaint was that the beds were kind of hard, but I know it’s the type of mattress…we’re used to a sleep number bed so that probably has a lot to do with it. We would definitely stay at this property again.

One of the nicest placest we have stayed in tn

We go to pigeon forge/ gatlinburg at least once a year. We have stayed in cabins, condos and motels. All were nice but many were way off the strip and some on top of mountains. This place is about a mile off the main drag in PF and in a quiet neighborhood. It is super nice inside, plenty of parking on flat ground (what a rare find in this area), best mattress i have slept on that i didn't own, great price and a host that makes sure you are taken care of. We have found our new favorite place to stay here in PF and will be hunting it back up when we go again. You won't be disappointed.

My wife and I have been living in this area since 2018. We love living here and getting to share what we have with visiting guests. Our desire is for people to leave happier than they came, and spread the good word that Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge is a "well worth it" place to visit!

This property is just minutes from the main strip in Pigeon Forge. You couldn't ask for a better location without any concern of poor road conditions. This is not a cabin in the woods, nor does it have a view. It is simply a perfect getaway for someone who wants to be close enough to the action in a nice modern home.

It is truly a home away from home and the best location you can find in all of Pigeon Forge. There is everything you might need in a kitchen for preparing your own meals if you'd like to skip driving into town for breakfast.
