Un logement pas récent et pas très bien isolé, mais correct et propre, très bien situé, dans un secteur calme. Difficile de manger à 4 sur le balcon pas très large. Nous étions 3, c'était très bien. Le parking souterrain n'est pas utilisable. Prévoir de se garer dans la rue.

Appartement destiné uniquement à la location .il y aurait lieu de faire un bon rafraîchissement et notamment la cuisine il manque côté ustensiles pas mal de chose exemple épluché légumes.essoreuse à salade poêle de mauvaise qualité. Vaisselle dépareillée.malgre cela point positif résidence calme et bien arboré et proximité de la plage pratique avec de jeunes enfants ainsi que le marché.

Appartement bien situé mais peu pratique
Très bonne situation, et très calme. Mais l'appartement est un peu défraichi. La cuisine est très peu pratique (manque de rangements, équipements et vaisselle, branchements électriques...). Le garage en sous-sol n'est pas utilisable (clé absente, pas pratique pour ranger des vélos). Le service WIFI est de très mauvaise qualité pour 50€ de supplément: préférez votre liaison 4G!

Endroit agréable, il faut faire un rafraîchissement des pièces (hors chambre parentale) et investir dans la vaisselle.. belle superficie et très bien situé.

Belle residence mais appartement trop vétuste
Revenu pour un deuxième séjour, les avis des locataires ne sont toujours pas pris en compte et c'est dommage... Appartement bien situé mais vétuste, couvertures vielles et inutilisables , oreillers idem, pas de micro ondes, et tv minuscule. Dommage car l'appartement est très bien situé, la résidence est belle, il suffirait de peu d'effort pour qu'il soit top mais malheureusement on dirait qu'on ne veut pas investir le moindre centime dedans ( des couvertures / couettes neuves bas de gamme ça coute pas chère , oreillers idem ) ... malgré ça l'appart est fonctionnel et le parking souterrain fermé c'est top par contre
