Great location and perfect little unit

The location is right between Pigalle and Montmartre in a small street. Great location even though Pigalle area wouldn’t be the most secure place to stay. We really enjoy our time there. The unit was small but has everything we needed. Thierry was a great host and easy to communicate with. Would love to come back

séjour à Montmartre

Appartement idéalement situé dans quartier calme , à 05 minutes de la Butte Montmartre, quartier animé à 3 min, restaurants, commerces , Marché St Pierre, tout. Par contre nous ne nous attendions pas à trouver ce genre d'appartement, cuisine très vétuste et sale, ustansiles et vaisselle pas propre, pas de linge propre, linge de lit, pas propre et ménage non fait. Très décus de ce côté là.

Excellent location- situated perfectly between Abbesses and Pigalle metro stations (lines 2 and 12). Walking distance (about 25 minutes for Gare du Nord). Located on Montmartre with it’s bistros, brasseries and artists. 7 minute walk to Moulin Rouge and 15 minute walk to the famous Basilique du Sacre Coeur, 30 minutes by metro to Eiffel Tower and the museums along the Seine…. Flat is perfectly sized for 2 people, possibly 4 people for a very short stay. The kitchen and bathroom need modernisation but given it’s perfect location, would highly recommend.

Super bien placé!

Petit pour 4 mais Paris est bien assez grande! Super bien placé, chouette quartier vivant et choix de metro. Communication aisee avec proprio et magnifique flexibilite des horaires d arrivee et de depart, juste top! Tout petit bemol, le wifi qui a disparu apres qqes heures et tres peu de reseau a l interieur...mais on scen est accomodé et n avons pas sollicité le proprio... Super merci! Top sejour!

Très bel emplacement pour cet appartement par contre plusieurs choses laissent à désirer: 1) la description: on loge chez le locataire avec toutes ses affaires personnelles donc pas de place pour ranger nos vêtements, logement prévu pour 4 personnes mais seulement 2 chaises et 1 table de 2 personnes. 2) la propreté n’était vraiment pas là ( intérieur du wc noir, draps tâchés et qui sentaient mauvais, meubles et Tv poussiereux, cuisine sale….) 3) chambre sans porte donc aucune intimité, on était avec notre fille ça allait mais 2 couples cela risque d’être compliqué !! Par contre très bonne communication et très bonne flexibilité des horaires d’arrivée et de départ.

Filthy

The apartment is nicely decorated. Unfortunately it was rather dirty, so we had to clean first, especially the toilet(!), fridge, kitchen, bad smells from air refresher and full ashtrays on the window sills. No free spaces for our things or food instead alcoholic leftovers in the filthy fridge. we did not want to enter into discussions so just told the owner later on. Surprise - he was not in for a sorry but complained we did not say immediately. So, I can’t recommend the place at all.
