Traumhaft schön und ruhig
Nahe an einem kleinen Wald, in einem Olivenhain, stehen 44 wunderschöne, stylishe Bungalows mit großzügigen Gärten, so dass niemand sich zu nahe kommt: Das Biovillage Tuscany ist ein echtes Juwel. Die Mitarbeiter:innen stets zuvorkommend und extrem nett, der Pool ein echtes Highlight, die Nähe zu den Stränden bei Cecina unschlagbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage
Die circa 40 Ferienhäuser waren sehr ruhig gelegen, dennoch circa nur 5 Minuten von der Autobahn entfernt. Das Ferienhaus entsprach genau der Beschreibung, Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Die kleine Bar war perfekt für Getränke und kleine Gerichte, auch hier das Personal sehr freundlich. Der Pool hätte etwas größer sein können, für kleinere Kinder ideal, für größere aber perfekt als kurze Abkühlung. Das WLAN war im Ferienhaus.

Nette Ferienhausanlage für absolute Erholung
Die Anlage besteht aus ca. 40 Häusern, die um einen zentralen Pool incl. Poolbar mit ausreichend Abstand und tlw. großen Gärten angelegt sind. Die Lage etwas oberhalb von Cecina bringt absolute Ruhe mit sich und ist trotzdem sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen für Aktivitäten aller Art. Hier und da wären Renoverierungen oder kleinere Optimierungen wie z.B. ausreichend Besteck usw. empfohlen, aber alles in allem für Urlaub und Erholung sehr zu empfehlen.

War früher besser
Wir waren bereits zum 3. Mal da, das letzte Mal 2017. Leider wurde die Coronaauszeit nicht genutzt um Technik (Unsere Klimaanlage, für die wir pro Tag 8,-€ gezahlt haben, ist an 4 von 10 Tagen nicht gegangen) zu erneuern. Auch wurden nur bis dahin geputz wo man noch mit der Hand hingekommen ist. Aussen wäre ein Anstrich, vorallem Dachuntersicht und Holzelemente, dringend notwendig. Jedoch haben wir uns wohl gefühlt, würden aber nun nicht mehr hinfahren. Preis-Leistung stimmen aber immer noch.

Gerne wieder...
Wir können die vielen negativ angehauchten Bewertungen absolut nicht verstehen. Es war wunderbar. Sämtliche Mitarbeiter bemüht, freundlich und mit lachenden Gesichtern. Sehr gepflegte Anlage, traumhaft schöne Bungalows, tolles Ambiente. Ja, der Pool ist klein, dafür aber sauber und gepflegt. Das weiß man vorher das es keine riesen Poolanlage ist. Für uns der perfekte Urlaub. Gerne wieder!!!

Bio-Village Cecina im September
Der Kontakt mit der Reception war 1A. Super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank! Das Haus sah in echt etwas weniger schön aus. Die Fotos wurden wahrscheinlich vor einiger Zeit exemplarisch 1x für alle Appartments aufgenommen. Unterdessen hat das eine oder andere schon etwas gelitten. Die Anlage ist übersichtlich/familiär und sehr angenehm gestaltet. Der Pool ist wirklich schön.

Schöne Anlage, große Häuser mit viel Grün/ Pflanzen drum herum; Anlage hat besten Zeiten hinter sich und hohen Investitionsbedarf; Grünanlagen gut gepflegt aber Häuser schlecht geputzt! Pool sehr schön aber bei Vollbelegung sicher zu klein; Spülmaschine war defekt; Personal bemüht und sehr freundlich!

Wifi absent de la location alors qu il est proposé dans l annonce c est vraiment dommage la télé ne sert à rien pour les français toutes les chaînes sont en langue étrangère et manque d ustensiles pour cuisiner et voiture indispensable

Confortable et calme
La maison est spacieuse et confortable, la literie excellente, les salles de bains très agréables et la terrasse bien équipée. Bémol pour la cuisine qui nous a semblé très juste en terme d’equipement (refrigerateur minuscule, pas assez de vaisselle pour faire 2 repas à 4 sans laver). L’environnement est très calme, il faut impérativement une voiture. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter la Toscane. Piscine agréable bien qu’un peu petite, et malgré un revêtement qui abîme les maillots. Prévoir de l’anti moustiques. Au global très bonne adresse.
