On the 3rd floor with lift, the entrance serves the 2 exhibitions of this crossing flat.
You arrive on a vast living room, dining area with bay windows overlooking the terrace, open kitchen fully equipped, ceramic hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge, and many storage spaces where you can find all the utensils necessary for a good lunch back from the market!
The living room is equipped with 2 large sofas, coffee table, TV, French window on a small balcony.
In the continuity of the living room, the parental suite with terrace, bed in 160, wall cupboard with wardrobe, private shower-room with Italian shower and washbasin with storage unit, towel dryer
Take advantage of the terrace with 2 Acapulco armchairs and a coffee table for coffee breaks, reading, relaxation...
At the back of the flat, you will find the second bedroom, bed in 160, cupboard with wardrobe, and terrace
In the entrance hall, a shower room with Italian shower, washbasin and cupboard, towel dryer, toilet.
A large laundry room adjoining the kitchen will be used to store your suitcases, buoys when you return from the beach, and you will find the washing machine, iron, ironing board, and a toilet.

The terrace on the dining area side is about 6M2 and is semi covered.
It will be the meeting place that will give a pleasant rhythm to your days, a table for 4 people, 4 chairs

You will be able to access with a beep to the private parking, placed immediately on the right while arriving, maneuvers necessary in order to park in reverse.
2 possible entrances for l'Andalou, one access on the pedestrian street, and the other on the back for the access to the parking on the ground floor of the residence.

It is difficult to choose among the multitude of activities offered by the Bay of Arcachon!
Ideally located, you can take advantage of all the attractions of the city, discover the spectacular district of the Ville d'Hiver with its superb houses from the beginning of the century, its park, its belvedere with a breathtaking view of the Basin !
The little train in front of the tourist office, 200m away, will give you plenty of ideas of things to discover and a nice general view of Arcachon!
At noon, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the oyster ports of the Basin, rather towards the port of La Teste, or Gujan, or at the Arcachon market just below, (bring a container if you wish to have them opened, and do not go too late for this request)
If you feel like taking to the sea, regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty, 5 minutes walk from your home, to Cap Ferret, the Ile aux oiseaux, the famous cabanes tchanquées!
The arguin bank, transparent water, paradise on earth!
Descent of the leyre, in the ornithological park of Teich, choose to be accompanied by a guide, or alone with your kayak, sublime!

- Bus line 1 from Arcachon station to Dune du Pyla, with interesting stops all the way, you can visit Le Moulleau (very beautiful church and view on the basin, restaurants, ice cream shop etc, or the Dune Express bus which takes you directly there.
- Bordeaux airport is 65 km away (52 minutes by car)
