This was a very good place for our snowmobileing group. The property is next to the trail and gas and supplies are right down the road and trail. Would definitely book this place again.
Jason was a great host and responded to all of our inquiries. He even came and got the charcoal grill out of the snow for us so we could grill some steaks after a day of snowmobiling. We’ve stayed a lot of places over the years and Jason’s place checks all the boxes: easy trail access, easy to find, close to town, plenty of space.
This home was a perfect location and size for our group of six snowmobilers.home offered all necessary amenities and then some.this home meet all are needs for a great trip of snowmobiling. Bonus right next to trail#3.we had some hiccups with the place but the host jason was very accommodating and took care of us.we would stay here again.thanks jason
The first time we were here one year ago, it was an experience we never expected. So much so that we HAD to return a second time around. My family and I could say a thousand words, but to put it in one word, we call the time spent here superb.
The house was perfect for our group trip up in the UP to grouse hunt. It was comfortable and the mud room was great to get all your gear off and not drag the mud into the house. We had a small issue with a power outage, but the owner was quick to get us hooked up to a generator until the power came back on the next day. We will definitely be back!
Everything here exceeded our expectations. My family wanted somewhere quiet and beautiful to spend some time together, and this place was absolutely perfect. The host was very accommodating for our cats, and even the cats enjoyed their time here. All amenities were good quality and we had no issues with any part of the house during our week here. I can't express how grateful I am to Mr. Jason. I hope me and my family can come back soon!
This property is just right for a large group. Beautiful spacious kitchen, dinning room and living room. Two bathrooms make it great for everyone. Beds were comfortable. If we had any questions the owner Jason got back with us immediately. Excellent place. I highly recommend it.
To start this review is for The Clinic property, (last minute change required us to change properties) House was extremely clean, has everything that we needed and more. Host included all the extras that I normally pack because you just never know, things like hand soap, dish and laundry detergent, garbage bags even Saran Wrap were all there. Plenty of seating for the whole group. Very large parking lot easily accommodated our 3 trucks and trailers and still room for more. Close to the Sidnaw-Bergland Trail. Would stay again at this house if we return to area.
A wonderful place to call home away from home. A spacious place you do not feel crowded. A wonderful view to watch some wildlife in the backyard. The Power went out on us a couple of times briefly because of some passing storms and the owner called to make sure we were alright and if we needed anything. Definitely recommend!
My family of 8 had plenty of room in this house. Everything was clean and newer, mattresses were comfortable and bedding was cozy. It has a large yard to play in. We saw deer, turkeys, and sandhill cranes every morning and night from the dining area. It is within a 45 minute drive of tons of waterfalls, mines, the porcupine mountains, and all sorts of other western UP attractions! We would definitely stay again.
We decided to stay here while we hiked to dozens of waterfalls. We had the best stay and the house accommodated our group of 10 perfectly. It was centralized to all the places we visited and it’s only a couple minute drive into town. The town has a grocery store, gas and dollar General. We loved sitting on the deck and watching all the wildlife that was in the field. We couldnt have asked for a better place to stay. Everything was very clean and the house was stocked with everything you could need to prepare meals. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your VRBO for our family vacation, we will definitely be back!
The location was great for trails and the house worked great for meals at the beginning and end of each day. Jason was very responsive to our questions and was kind to bring us a replacement coffee pot on the night of our arrival.

Owner was great pulled one of our group's suv out of the ditch

Great house to rent, had my wife and some friends with us for a snowmobile trip and enjoyed every minute of it. Easy trail access right from the drive way. Highly recommend this place we will definitely be back again
Everything country living has to offer. Peace, wildlife, and all of this with an amazing backdrop. The whole group enjoyed relaxing here after the long days spent hunting.
