Nightstand lamps with usb ports 2 private outdoor areas, seasonal pool open May through September (weather permitting) and fire pit! PLUS + Locked area for your bikes. 5 minutes to airport, grocery store and hospital. 15 minutes to wine country.

The Pool House Stay

If your looking for a place to relax and enjoy the sunshine, this is it! Very accommodating and close to all the attractions and activities that Grand Junction has to offer.

Great stay at the ‘ool House!

We had a wonderful stay here. Hosts were gracious and the house was thoughtfully designed/decorated and spotless. The pool was lovely and inviting. We will be back in summer 2025. Thank you, Jan and Steve!

A hidden gem!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute little pool house. It was outfitted with everything we could possibly need - and the courtyard with the pool and outdoor dining tables/chairs was a fantastic way to cool off in the summer sun. We will definitely be back for a getaway soon!

The property was nice for two people. The pool was clean and inviting, plenty of outside seating so you could enjoy the beautiful Colorado sunshine. The host was nice and super friendly, but let you have your own space. This property sits in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Great Vacation Spot!

The Pool House was amazing! Super clean, light and bright, had all of the cooking supplies we needed. The pool was great! We swam a few times each day. The neighborhood was super quiet and close to everything.

Beautiful and very comfortable

The cottage had everything we need for a comfortable stay. The cottage was clean and inviting. Our hosts were friendly and attentive to our needs. We couldn't have asked for more. We give them 5 Stars!

Great Experience!

I highly recommend this location for your stay in and around Grand Junction, Colorado! The property is so well done, the pool area is fantastic and the hosts are wonderful people! The pool house where we stayed was private and had great access to the beautiful pool and yard. It was so clean and we were impressed the minute we walked thru the door. Truly an all-around perfect rental and stay!

Perfect for our long weekend!

Jan and Steve were great hosts! The property was exactly as represented in the listing. It was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and the privacy of being in the pool house. We will definitely be staying there again when we are in town visiting friends!

From the first minute we walked into the pool house - we knew it was going to be amazing. Steve & Jan are wonderful hosts. You can tell they really put thought and caring in the pool house. They went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We will definitely be back. ❤️

A fabulous stay with lots of fun!

We had SO much fun staying at the Pool House for our 'staycation.' The home has everything you could possibly need - and the hosts are so incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. We were immediately at ease in the space and cannot wait to return again. Thank you so much, Jan and Steve, for opening your hearts and -OOL HOUSE (haha) for people to enjoy! We love it and can't wait to come back!

Poolside beauty

Everything was great from first to last. Supplies in the cupboard were ample, plenty of towels, an extra outside eating table, easy off-road parking, pool toys too along with beach towels to use. Very nice place.

Such a great property! Owners are very kind and thoughtful. Beautiful pool and fire pit area, lots of space. Comfortably slept 3 adults. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc. Tankless water heater was great for 3 adults showering in the mornings. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great Location!

We were in town for a wedding and loved this property! It was unfortunately too cold to enjoy the pool, but the house itself was perfect for what we needed! If we’re in the area again, I’d definitely stay there again!

Fall visit at the poolhouse

While it was too cold for our little ones to swim the property managers uncovered the pool any chance they got some we were there. It was clean and quaint in a very nice neighborhood. They C kept in touch with us through text which was nice and always made sure we had what we needed.

Wonderful hosts

Jan and Steve were fantastic hosts! They greeted us when we arrived and we got to meet their dog :) there were fixings for breakfast already on site - which was a very welcome surprise after a long drive! Lots of food suggestions and a beautiful, cozy pool house complete with a fire stick for streaming. They really thought of everything and made our stay during Peach Fest absolutely memorable. Thanks!

Peaceful Poolhouse.

Was a very quite, nice place to stay. Had pretty much everything you needed in the kitchen to cook with. And extra bedding & towels if needed.
