Nous avons apprécié la situation du gite avec vue sur le lac, pres du centre ville et du domaine skiable. A notre arrivée, surprise : le descriptif ne mentionnait pas que 2 chambres se trouvaient en sous-sol. Des informations sur le fonctionnement de la cheminée, l' utilisation du gaz et sur la gestion des poubelles nous ont manqué. L'hôte a répondu à nos appels. Le gite aurait besoin d'une renovation : isolation, chauffage, électricité, fenêtres....Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour qui a commencé avec la neige et s'est poursuivi avec le soleil.informations pour

The chalet is way passed its date, the elektricity is dangerous, the children bedroom are in the basement dark and creepy my kids were scared to leave there room. There were no seats to sit in the garden only an old unstable picknick table. The view was perfect and it was very quiet

Bonjour, Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Gérardmer .La situation du chalet est très bien avec une magnifique vue sur le lac au loin. Proche des pistes, nous pouvons y aller à pied. Nous avons pu profiter du joli jardinet enneigé pour des descentes de luges et faire nos bonhommes de neige. Le logement est confortable avec une bonne literie. Un petit rafraichissement serait à prévoir, surtout pour les chambres en rdj. Le passage par le garage est un peu surprenant mais les espaces sont grands et agréables. Il serait bon aussi d'ajouter des tables de nuit dans les chambres. L'accueil avec la conciergerie s'est très bien passée, ponctuelle et réactive. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Bien cordialement

Il ne manque que du bois pour faire un feu et une table basse pour ce sejour soit au niveau du prix demandé Sinon bonne localisation belle vue et tres agreable!

Chalet très bien situé belle vue dommage qu'il y ait quelques problèmes notamment l électricité plus conforme (photos disponibles si vous voulez),WC du haut mal fixé, porte fenêtre condamnée,isolation pas top, ventilation hors service. Bien dommage parce que votre chalet est vraiment joli Mais notre séjour c'est bien passé et bravo pour le service conciergerie Alexia

Déçus de l hébergement
Logement ancien en cours de rénovation Équipements électriques à faire vérifier en termes de conformité (tableau électrique, interrupteurs), accès extérieurs mal entretenus, pas de rideau de douche, aucune étagère afin de poser les effets personnels dans la salle de bain, lavabo et toilettes mal fixés. Nous avons dû bloquer un volet avec un poids car il ne fermait pas ! De plus le logement sent l humidité Travaux à faire avant mise en location!!! Le prix ne justifie pas les prestations de ce logement ! Par contre bon accueil et prestation de nettoyage au top de la conciergerie d’Alexia ! Nous sommes déçus !
