The house has 4 bedroom and 3 full bathrooms. One can be used as an office. One California King bed, 2 (or 3) Queen beds. Owner and manager of home lives in Naples (20 years!). Carport and lots of additional parking.
House is very clean- tile floors throughout. Furniture is very simple yet provides adequate seating and sleeping for 8. Bathrooms renovated recently and new water heater.
Very comfortable for 6, but can accommodate 8.
