The living room features a large sofa and a flat-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining area that can seat two people. But if you fancy dining in, there's another dining table in the kitchen where you can grab your dinner.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you’ll need to cook a delicious homemade meal.

Both of the bedrooms have a double bed complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The home is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

Nestled in the heart of the 14th arrondissement of Paris, Montrouge is a quaint and charming commune with a rich history. Just a short walk from Mairie de Montrouge metro station, visitors can explore the Parc Montsouris, a beautiful park perfect for a picnic or a leisurely stroll. Other attractions in Montrouge include the square du Serment-de-Koufra, Saint-Pierre-de-Montrouge, Square du Chanoine-Viollet, Catholic Church of the Sacred Heart in Gentilly, and Square Lionel-Assouad. visitors can also enjoy a meal or a drink at one of the commune's many restaurants and bars, including Au Timbre Poste, McDonald's, Auto Passion Café, and Les Artistes.

The nearest train station is Mairie de Montrouge (line 4) - just 5 minutes walk.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 40-mins drive from the apartment.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at a minimum.
