Enjoy looking at the ocean from the Kitchen , Den and having a fresh cup of coffee on the balcony over looking the ocean!

Pelican Beach Resort is first class with its amenities. The location is right across the street from the Big Kahuna Water Park, and near many great restaurants. Pelican Beach Resort has 2 heated pools, one strictly outdoor (with waterfall) and an indoor/outdoor pool, a kiddy pool and a hot tub.

New beach front pool , located right next to the Tiki hut, adjacent to the pool. All pools are open and available.. In addition, there is a work out facility, game room, umbrella and chair rentals, tennis and basketball court, security at the entrance, covered parking, and a seasonal deli/restaurant/convenience store on site.

Located on the 19th floor where ocean views can been seen from the living room, and dining room and kitchen. Our 1 bedroom/ 2 bath condo comes fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. This condo has all the comforts of home such as Flat Screen LCD TVs in every room . This is a deluxe-plus rated unit at Pelican Beach, the highest rating possible.

Cali Bamboo flooring throughout the condo. The kitchen features custom quartz countertops with accent lighting, allowing you to create your own mood. The kitchen has all the utensils needed to make a gourmet meal or just a snack. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with its own bathroom. Custom built-in bunk beds in hallway. The sleeper sofa in the living area is outstanding and incredibly comfortable, perfect for those extended stays in Destin.

The condo faces the gulf, giving our guests the best of views... the glistening sand and the vast blue-green waters of the Emerald Coast. Plan your day in paradise as you sip your morning coffee on your private balcony overlooking the sunrise as it shimmers across the crystal clear water.

Many of the restaurants nearby are landmarks in Destin. Silver Sands, a large factory outlet mall is seven miles east. The brand new Destin Commons outdoor shopping mall is at the corner of the Mid Bay Bridge and 98. It has a huge movie theater complex, Hard Rock Cafe, Bass Pro Fishing shop, Johnnie Rockets, and all the mall shops you have come to know and love in a beautiful outdoor setting. Fort Walton Beach has a new pier to fish off of that is wonderful. Deep sea fishing is right up the street! Destin was a fishing town before it was anything else, so you can come home with quite a catch!!

Spring Break

The resort and room were amazing. Only complaint I have was the loud construction noise at 7:00 am in the morning, other then that I have zero complaints. Looking forward to coming back.

Overall great stay

Everything was as listed and expectations were met! Only complaint was neighbors slamming doors on and off until around midnight every night and smoking marijuana. Obviously some of those things can’t control but wouldn’t keep us from Coming back. The view was amazing!!!

Best Views!

We had the best stay in this beautiful condo! Everything was exactly as pictured and the view is STUNNING. We watched dolphins at 6:30 every morning from the balcony. The resort is so nice and has anything you could possibly need. The pools are heated and kept clean and all of the staff were amazing. We can't wait to stay again.

Great place right on the ocean

The property is very clean and well decorated and has everything you need for a great stay at the beach. The view of the ocean from the living room and balcony is spectacular. The bed was very comfortable. The best thing is how easy it was to work with the owners on the reservation. Lisa was super responsive and very nice. I highly recommend this property.

Wow! Just wow!

The condo, the location, and the service far exceeded our expectations! We went to dinner at a different restaurant each of the 5 nights and the furthest we drove was 1.6 miles from the condo. The condo was clean, well equipped, and the complex was awesome. we will definitely make this our go to place every time we stay in the Destin! We loved everything about our stay!!

Great view

Can't beat the view from the balcony. Great beds. Great kitchen. Only problem we had is the washing machine was out on the 19th floor, after multiple attempts to use a washing machine on a different floor we gave up and asked the front desk for a few extra towels and her response was "this is home away from home, wash your towels". Finally ended up having to go buy towels.

1 week Get A Way to Destin

Everything in our condo was clean and nice. I would give it a 5 star but will have to go with 4.5 due to the ice maker didn't seem to work. Pelican does not have ice but their restaurant sells ice but I didn't buy from them. Will book this condo again someday.

New Happy Place

The property is gorgeous and the view is spectacular! My family and I had a wonderful week in the sun and enjoyed all the property had to offer. Strongly suggest reserving chairs for the beach through the separate company. Expensive, but totally worth it. Owners were very responsive and accommodating. Strongly recommend this property!

This place is very nice with good beds and furniture well decorated. Buy bottled water!! The water was not suitable for drinking but otherwise great place

Great Condo

The condo itself is beautiful! Clean and has everything you need! Check-in & out was flawless. We only had 2 disappointments (and neither of them were with the owners and both are completely out of their control.) #1 We drove to the public beach down the road 4 days because the beach area at the resort is a joke. There are no front row seats available to rent and if you bring your own chairs, they make you sit in the back row, where you can’t see the ocean at all. #2 The oceanfront pool & hot tub closes at 7pm. We were very disappointed since we love our nights swims. The resort is in a great location and near a ton of entertainment. We did enjoy our stay!

Poor management

Everything has been ok except the check in. We arrived at 4pm and they released it the unit 2 hours later. They said unit wasn't ready, as well I went to the unit and was empty en ready. They supposed to call me whenever be ready and they didn't. I WENT 3 TIMES to the front desk until I requested the manager as soon I spoke with the manager they gave me the code Right away. Everything else has been perfect.

Great Condo Great View Great Location

Nice & clean condo with great view from the balcony and terrible view from the beach.

Condo is newly renovated other than the showers. Everything’s clean and comfortable other than the couch in the living room. The kitchen is perfect with new appliances and equipped well for guests. The decor is beachy and the vinyl floors are easy to clean when sand gets everywhere. ONLY BIG complaint is over the past 4 years they now have a company who brings in 4-5 rows of chairs and umbrellas that take up the entire beach area for Pelican Beach. They have rules! You can’t sit in front of the people in the front row in your chair or in the sand because they don't want the front row to miss out on their view. You can put your tent up behind all these umbrellas and feel like you aren’t really at the beach. The servers from the restaurant won’t wait on you either. We left to go to Seaside one day and Panama City another to enjoy a beach view. We were here years ago when there was only one pool but no umbrellas! I feel bad for these owners and all others at Pelican Beach. Sorry! We won’t be back! Too many umbrellas and not enough view! I could not give less than 4 stars because the condo was really nice!!! The commercialized beach was 1 star!!!!!

Nicely decorated

Pros: unit was very nicely decorated, had plenty of towels/rags/hand towels, and closet had beach chairs, toys, and umbrella that we used a few times. Never had an issue with elevators. Tiki bar and grill was nice. Easy check in. Mattress was comfortable (but a con see below). Unit had small things of shampoo, lotion, and a couple dishwasher tabs and toilet paper. Condo overall was very nice and in a good spot. Cons: bedroom did not have any blackout curtains or shades and was very light at night. No fan for white noise. Any small movement (turning over or even moving an arm) shook the whole bed every time which was quite annoying. No extra change of sheets (that I found) which would've been nice because of all the sand. Bunk beds were glued to the frame so sheets wouldn't tuck under. Did not like that La Dolce Vita took up the WHOLE front of the beach and that no canopies or "tent like" structures were allowed anywhere. Floors were very gross. Our feet were dirty within a few minutes of walking around. It needs a good, deep clean not just a vacuum. No hand soap. No washer/dryer but there was one just right down the hall (will need $2.50 in quarters for it).

Great Stay!

My husband and I went to Destin on a mini moon and stayed in this condo. It was very clean and the resort had everything you could want and more right on site! Will definitely be coming back

Fantastic property, looked just as pictured!

We were in awe of this property when we walked in! My kids absolutely loved the be bunk beds and the tic tac toe wall board! We loved our mornings on the balcony watching dolphins in the ocean! Such a beautiful area, can't wait to go back!
