Breathtaking Ocean Views, Spacious and Bright, Across from Kamaole I Beach!

We welcome you to our one-bedroom condo in beautiful Kamaole Beach Royale #408, located on the 4th floor on Maui's Sunshine Coast, just a short walk from one of Maui's most beautiful sugar sand beaches, Kamaole Beach #1.

The unit is fully equipped for all your vacation needs from baking pans to beach towels. Just bring your swimming suit and get ready to relax. You will find all the comforts of home with a wide screen TV and free Wi-fi. Our condo is located on the fourth floor with a fantastic view of the ocean to watch the neighbor islands of Kahoolawe, Molokini, and Lanai brighten up with each new day, watch the whales play and enjoy romantic sunsets on our 7th floor Lani and bar b due dining area.

KBR features a pool, fantastic roof top barbecues with eating area, and lush gardens.

Excellent snorkeling and swimming is just a short walk down to the beach. A few blocks north you can take a surfing lesson and rent a Kayak. A few blocks south is the Kihei boat launch where boats can take you out for a SCUBA dive, swim with the dolphins or snorkel with the turtles. A little further south is Wailea for your Golfing fun.

'Everything under the sun' kind of outdoor activity is nearby as well as great restaurants and world class golf. Fine dining and up scale shopping will be found in Wailea, only minutes away.

This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule. Mahalo for understanding.

Great location

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to spend two unforgettable weeks! Everything is nearby, the Kamaole Beach 1 is amazing for swimming and even snorkeling. There are other beaches not too far to check out as well! The condo was equipped with all necessities. Last but not least the view from the lanai is incredible, we watched many sunsets from it!

Location, location, location - book it!

Beautiful view. Nice pool. Comfortable bed. Walking distance to great food like Fred’s and Paia Fish Market. We had everything we needed in the condo. Great beach. Love Kihei.

Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful peaceful condo with a gorgeous view. Sofabed was very comfortable. The chairs and umbrella that were provided were really useful. Nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Close to everything in Kihei and right across the street from the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and great amenities

We loved this condo, particularly the location! It was close to so many cute little restaurants, and of course, being across the street from several beaches is a huge plus! The beach chairs and umbrella were so fantastic to have! Our only complaint (if you want to call it one) is that it does get warm in the condo- the air conditioner has a hard time keeping up. At night it would be stuffy in the bedroom. Other than that we loved everything about the place and will definitely be booking here again!

Gorgeous view, great location and everything you need

My husband and I stayed here for a week and found it perfect. Unit is great for two adults and small child (think max someone who sleeps in pack-n-play). Beach chairs, umbrella and towels are more than what’s needed for two. Bed and linens were comfy. Kitchen fully stocked with kitchen items. We cooked all but one night and never didn’t have what we needed. View is lovely; up above Kamaole 1 beach and without the road noise of the main beach road. Each night we watched sunsets and each morning checked out the amazing constellations. Linai space is perfect. AC was available but we never used it as each room has a ceiling fan which kept us comfortable even when the temps reached 85 F (real feel 95).

Beautiful

What a beautiful condo. This place was just as described by the posting and all other reviews. The view was the best part! I enjoyed having coffee and cocktails on the lanai and just staring at the beautiful blue water. Mornings were great and the sunsets were incredible. The bedroom gets a little warm at night for sleeping, but the ceiling fan and standing fan definitely help. All in all, this was such a great experience and I will be booking again. Nothing beats Hawaii!

Everything we needed

It has everything needed to experience Maui. From plenty of pots and pans, umbrella, beach seats, towels, yetis, ice chest, etc. really allowed us to enjoy Maui without having to bring too much from home.

Was amazing to be so close to the beach, made it easy to walk to the beach and quickly go back if we found we needed something more. Was a nice quiet space which was great for our sleep and our toddlers sleep. Condo was equipped with beach toys, chairs, umbrella and beach towels. We had an amazing stay and will certainly stay again.

We had a very relaxing 2 weeks at this property and was very pleased with the provided amenities (beach & kitchen) and fabulous location. So easy to get to the beach across the street (Kam I), and variety of food options within walking distance. The rooftop terrace is great for sunset views and for grilling dinners while gazing at the ocean. Would stay here again!

Great

This place has a great view of the ocean and is so close to the beach. I walked there every morning for a long swim and beach walk. It's quiet and convenient in every way, fully loaded with everything I needed. It was wonderful to sit and have coffee on the balcony in the morning, and then to sit there in the evening watching the moon shining on the water. I even saw a shooting star. I'll be back for sure!

Amazing

We had an amazing stay in Maui. The view from the lanai was amazing. Within walking distance to beautiful beaches, shopping and lots of yummy food. We saw turtles every day at the beach just down the street. The unit was clean and well equipped. It even had chairs, umbrella and a mini cooler for your day at the beach. The unit is spacious, amazing view of the beach and lots of natural light. Check in and check out was easy and our hosts replied promptly to any of our questions. Will definitely be back and will tell all our family and friends about this unit!

This is very nice place to stay! We love its balcony with great view of ocean and sunset. Driving to other scenic sites is easy and we explored other areas during our stay. It takes about 1 min to walk to Kamaole Beach I for swimming and snorkeling. We saw turtles swimming quite often. This property is very clean, we have almost everything needed for cooking. The only problem we got was that the fry pan was worn out, and needed to be replaced. A lot of restaurants options are nearby. The bakery, ice-cream, shops, surf rentals are downstairs cross street.

Really great location!

Really great location! it's literally across the street from one of our favorite beaches. The beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler were all a nice touch. The rooftop bbq area is definitely a good spot to catch the sunsets! As others have stated, the bedroom does not have AC, but there are lots of fans to redirect air from the AC in the main room. Thanks for a great stay and a super smooth check in process!
