Golf course (18 hole) 2.7 km, tennis 1.4 km, riding stable 1.4 km, sports centre 1.4 km, chair lift 2.7 km, gondola lift 800 m, skisport facilities 500 m, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school 550 m, ski-kindergarten 1 km, children's playground 500 m. Exit to the balcony, south facing position. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, fondue Set (cheese)) with small bar. On the lower ground floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room, south facing position with 1 double bed and shower/WC. Exit to the balcony, south facing position. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Shower/WC, sep. WC. Balcony, south facing position. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. No lift. Hamman and wine cellar available.
