This 2 bedroom Gatlinburg cabin is nestled away from the busy roads yet less than 5 minutes from Downtown Gatlinburg. And oh so close to the National Park. Enjoy the tranquility of nature while sitting on the deck breathing in the fresh Smoky Mountain air. During the winter you can cuddle up next to the fireplace to stay warm while watching your favorite movie. Unwind in the private outdoor hot tub, open year round. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for your home cooked creation or with such ideal location you can go out on the town for a great dinner. Come enjoy all this cabin has to offer!

- We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more.
- You will likely see and hear critters
- Bugs (ants, millipedes, bees, and other insects) may be present even inside the cabin. Our cabin is professionally treated by a licensed pest control company on a monthly basis. Being in the heart of the national park can create its challenges with insects. We do not allow refunds for the presence of these types of insects so please consider that as you decide if this property is right for you.
- Bears are dangerous
- THE FIREPLACE IS SHUT DOWN FROM APRIL 1 - OCTOBER 1.
- The hot tub is a great place to relax. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Children must be supervised by an adult while using the hot tub. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!
- No late check out. If you depart late there will be a $75 charge.
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.

- Please purchase travel insurance if you are concerned about circumstances that may keep you from being able to come or stay the entirety of your trip.

- Shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal and coffee are not provided
- If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $100 and you will be asked to leave.
- Absolutely no fires inside or out (except for the fireplace and the charcoal grill). Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

Wonderful stay, excellent house!
We loved having two master suites. The kitchen was fully equipped. There was plenty of blankets towels, hot water, and miscellaneous supplies. it was very clean! The view was great. The hot tub was enjoyed. We loved playing Pac-Man. The host’s were quickly responsive to any questions. Highly recommend and would happily stay here again.

Great location, close to all Gatlinburg activities Being from Louisiana we wanted a traditional cabin all wood interior decorated beautifully throughout. Rocking on the porch was perfect in the evening. Navigating around cabin was ok for my Motherlaw and my husband with a bad knee. Check in and check out very simple. We will definitely book again. Hosts was readily available if needed.

Peaceful and relaxing
The cabin was perfect for a small group and yet private space. We enjoyed the hot tub and the view. Even the bears paid a visit. Definitely would rent this cabin again!

And this little cabin was just right...
While there wasn't three bears, but we did regularly see one at the bottom of the hill! It would be hard to improve our stay. When we arrived, we found the cabin exactly as represented in the ad. The furnishings were clean and comfy. The location was perfect, close enough to town to be convenient, but far enough to get away from the noise of the street racing group that was visiting the area. We highly recommend this cabin for your visit to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge!

The cabin was easy to find. Extremely clean. Our first night there we had an encounter with a bear, which was cool. Everything you could need was in the cabin. Super clean bathrooms and shower. The hot tub was awesome too. Thank you so much. We had the best time.

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The cabin is in a great location - very quick to get into Gatlinburg, but it’s also on a quiet cul-de-sac with woods behind it. The cabin is clean and cozy. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch in the evenings. The kitchen has plenty of the essentials. The hosts communicated well before and during our stay. We needed washcloths, as there were none in the bathrooms, and Leigh had the cleaning company drop some off within a couple hours. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and we would stay again!

Perfect Cabin
This was the perfect cabin for us! It was maybe 5 minutes from the Gatlinburg strip. There was 4 adults & 1 infant, and there was no complaints about our cabin. The hosts were very accommodating & easy to message. I’d rate this 6 stars if I could. We will very likely stay here again!

Too Short Stay
The property was exactly as described. It was clean and convenient to accommodate my family, my boys loved having their own space and privacy for themselves. I would recommend this place for a great time in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge which is minutes away. Ron and Leigh are super host. They are very friendly and responds efficiently and easily to any questions.

Clean Beautiful Cabin Getaway
This is our 2nd time staying here because we love it so much. Both times it has always been clean. It is a great location, easy to get to. We love that our two girls can have the downstairs and my husband and I have the hot tub on our balcony. It’s easy to get to and we love the location- Just outside of all the happenings on the strip and a short drive down the road. Grocery store is close which helps for our first night to get what we will need. We will definately book again!

The communication from our host with info about the cabin, and answers to questions was fast. The cabin itself was nestled in the mountains, very relaxing, quit, peaceful. Morning coffee on the back porch watching the sunrise, so peaceful. Will definitely stay again. Take my advice and book this one!!
