The space
Home has 2400 sq ft of living space and is set up as a great gathering place for golf groups, families, or friends looking to get away. Living area with big screen TV and access to front patio. Front patio has incredible views of Fountain Hills and the mountain landscape which makes it a great place to unwind at the end of the day. Fully stocked kitchen for those looking to stay in and cook. Kitchen also features breakfast nook with Four Peaks mountain views. Pool table for those looking for games that can also be used as a large dining table for large group gatherings. Dual Master setup which makes it ideal for families or friends traveling together. Master 1 is large and features sitting area with big screen tv and sliding glass door overlooking pool. Bathroom has shower and jetted soaker tub. Master 2 has queen bed and newly remodeled bathroom. Other guest bedrooms include a queen bed and bunk beds in the kids room. Escape to the backyard and enjoy the views of Four Peaks mountain from the pool or hot tub. There is outdoor dining area that seats six as well as lounging area for morning coffee or late night chats. Recent upgrades throughout this home make it comfortable and functional.
2 car garage is open for guest use and there is also a washer/dryer for convenience during your stay.

Quiet hours are 10 PM nightly for outdoor activities per city ordinance and must be followed.

Ring Camera on Front door for safety of guests and safety of property. There is no cameras in home or backyard.

No smoking in home at all- $1000 fine for any evidence of smoking inside property.

Traveler beware

Property was not at all as advertised.The hot tub did not work, the iron didn’t work, they left a used sponge for us to use in the kitchen, bathtub didn’t drain, only pump soap in bathrooms (no bars) some of the light switches were so dirty we didn’t want to touch them, mattresses were terrible quality, kitchen is poorly stocked and the management was less than helpful with our request for a iron and to get the hot tub working. The iron showed from Amazon the following day mid morning. There is two small tables inside the house that each seat four. No place to gather at the table for family dinner. Needless to say we will not be going back.

House size was perfect. Property very nice,views beautiful. Unfortunately it was chilly so we didn’t the use of outdoor much. We did have a garbage situation, the garbage can was full from previous renters and we had no place to put our trash. I notified property management right away,before someone came to address the issue it took a second message. Also at both messages I mentioned hot tub filter was dirty and no chlorine in the float and pool water was warm and I said no to heater. I was told pool attendant would be notified and no one came to address the issue by the time we left on Tuesday morning. So we could not use the hot tub. All seven people that stayed at the house were 66+. I was also told to mention the living room furniture was not comfortable so since it was too chilly to sit outside in the evening we all sat in the kitchen. We are friends for many many years so we had a lot to talk about. We came from different states to see our ailing friend who lives in fountain hills since 1982. Very nice place to visit! As for the house it was perfect for us. Plenty of room. Thank you.

Enjoyed our stay

I'm not sure the pool was heated upon our arrival like I thought it would be but once I reached out about it the manager was on it promptly and soon the water was much more tolerable. There was PLENTY of space for the 5 of us and myself and my mom enjoyed the street facing patio in the early morning watching the moon go to sleep.

Not worth the money

Few things. We said we would be arriving late. Not a single light was left on. Had to fumble with phone light to find key box. ( why not a keypad on the door) Main suite mattress needs to be replaced. A foam pad is not a fix for a poor mattress. Just everything was the minimum.The pool was a little cloudy. The outside view was great.

Great location, great property

We had a great stay. We love the Fountain Hills area and stayed in the area many times. First time at this house and it was great. There is ample room for a group or family. Great layout in the house and wonderful to sit and drink coffee on the front patio and then enjoy the backyard all afternoon and in the evenings. Pool was great and hot tub was a nice addition. Host was easy to get a hold.

Weekend Float

This property worked out perfect for us to go float the salt river. Plenty of space and an amazing backyard, definitely will be staying here again when we float the river.

Beat the Heat in this Arizona Fouhtainhill Paradise

Couldn't of asked for a better feel like I'm at home vacation experience or for a romantic experience. The owners were quick to respond. This house had everything we needed and could ever asked for. There was more than enough room to accommodate everyone in our family especially our dog Loki. The swimming pool, hot tub, and jacuzzi were fabulous. Plenty of cooking room and places to sit. It was just an absolute relaxing time. Driving distance in every direction to food gas storesto get what was needed. I highly recommend this home for anyones next vacation.

Family Visit to Fountain Hills

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We traveled with a small dog. We loved that the yard is fenced and we didn’t have to worry about losing our dog. There was a good supply of necessities. Will definitely stay again.

Golf and Spring Training trip

Spacious property for 3 couples playing golf and attending Spring Training games. Location is situated around several amazing golf courses within a 15 minute drive and easy access to Diamondback and Giants baseball. Owner was easy to communicate with and the property was just as described on its listing

This is not a 4 bedroom unless you like to sleep in a closet.

We come to Arizona every year for all the collector car auctions. This year we brought 25 cars down from the Seattle area. As you can imagine we are down there for a lot of work and not much play. This house seemed perfect as we often rent in Fountain Hills. However, if you are looking for a 4-bedroom home THIS IS NOT FOR YOU. The fourth bedroom does not have twin beds, it has bunk beds, and not those modern bunk beds that an actual adult can sleep in these are kids bunk beds. The bedroom cannot be considered a bedroom. It is more like a closet, which is what they should have done. There is a window in case of a fire but there is hardly any room to move around let alone you and all your stuff. The master bathroom in this house is bigger. The spartan kitchen is equipped with some things. I would prepare to make sure that you bring everything upon check-in. There is no coffee or small things like that to get you though the first morning. NOTHING was provided for. All in all, the house has just enough to get you through your stay but do not expect any extras. We also pre-requested the pool heat to be up to temperature prior to our arrival. The owner guaranteed to be done. This was a condition precedent because our schedules are so tight. This did not happen until approx. 2 days before we left. I am aware that pools take time to heat up, however this was requested multiple times before our arrival. I called, texted, and emailed the owner / property manager. No response

Comfortable & quiet

Beds were very comfortable. I have back issues, so that is important to me. Beautiful sunrises, great location for our needs. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there. It was nice to have a second bedroom with it's own bathroom. The only bummer was the extra blankets were all dirty. I suspect previous guests put them back that way and the cleaning people didn't know. We washed them- no big deal.

place was great - so much privacy - few issues but Bart took care of everything same day. The pool was supposed to be heated - but was not turned on - however Bart called Maintenace and pool was heated and ready by the evening. Bathrooms do need updating otherwise very nice place.

Great spot for families!

We loved this place! The weather was rather chilly during our stay but we were still able to make use of the pool in conjunction with the hot tub, perfect for the kids. Pool was heated to 85 which was perfect, the house came with everything you could need and more. Comfy beds, great bunk bed room for the kids was quiet and secluded from the rest of the house. Will stay again!

Beautiful comfy home!

This home was beautiful and very comfy, accommodating my family of 5 very easily and we could have brought the rest of the family! We didn’t get to use the pool due to the pool heater not working, but they refunded my pool heating money. It’s such a nice backyard. The driveway is very steep but we got used to it. The views from the front patio are gorgeous, the patio lights were beautiful. Everything was clean and all was well stocked with toilet paper, soap, kitchen ware etc. Beds were comfortable. I reported some issues with blinds etc when we first arrived so hopefully that will get fixed, but it wasn’t a big deal. (Just couldn’t use the living room blinds to see out the front patio door at the gorgeous views.) Pool table was an added bonus and so much fun. Thanks for a great stay!

Great weekend getaway!

This location was perfect for our long weekend get-together with college friends who live in the area. Although we did not use the pool or hot tub, it added to the time we spent outside along with the lemon tree. This place met all our expectations.

Moving to Fountain Hills

My husband and I are moving to Fountain Hills and needed a place to stay while waiting for the moving company to arrive. The home is beautiful and accepted our dogs as well. Bart was wonderful to work with and made it super easy to book, check in and check out. I would highly review this beautiful property.

Somewhat disappointed

We overall were slightly disappointed with this rental. The living area, kitchen and outdoor area were nice and as expected based on the pictures. The bedrooms and bathrooms were somewhat disappointing. Cheap bedding, poor construction. Pool area was nice, but with only a solar heater, was very cold to use.

Amazing house

Save your money

We paid a fortune for one month. Nice neighborhood-nice house layout. Put dinner in oven-no potholders. Go to wipe up kitchen counter-found a dingy dish cloth with the 25 cent sticker from a garage sale-too gross to use-had to buy sponge. Go to take a shower-no soap-search all bathrooms-found inch of body wash left by someone-had to go buy soap. Turn shower on-it shoots up at ceiling-turn off-then it shoots out door-so loose amazed it was still attached-hold it so I can shower-can't adjust temp-handle came off in my hand. A faucet in master so loose it no longer covered the hole in countertop. Go to take dogs out-it's dark-the outside lights do not work-one dog falls into the pool in the cold water and would have drowned if my husband had not been there to grab him out. The outside lights by master bdrm also do not work. The outside light by front door does not work. Someone came the next day-replaced bulb by front door, replaced fixture by back door, outside master still needs to be replaced. Two ceiling lights above microwave do not work-one needed bulb…one is broken. One faucet in hall bath would turn water off if you played with it-handle came off-was reattached on second repair trip. Other bathroom in attached bdrm smelled disgusting like there is a drainage problem…we tried sleeping in there-made my husband sick with his allergies. The caulking along shower door track was black mold-door track was black with filth-there was a long hair laying there. Shower fixtures are totally pitted and gross. Were holes in the wall where a towel bar used to be-no bar-new one put up on second repair trip. Lots of trash on top washer/dryer and on floor. Outdoor bbque grill handles fall off-temporarily rigged to worked on second repair trip. Said pool is heated-main reason we rented-hand written note saying the solar heat was on but doesn't do much..so no pool. We had to be there two different times for handyman. Shame on manager and owner! We will never use VRBO again.

Not as advertised

We had high expectations of this house because of the pictures and reviews on VRBO, but were disappointed and just decided to make the best of it since we had rented for 3 weeks. I will start with the positives . . . the beds in the three main bedrooms are comfortable with soft bedding. We enjoyed the back yard and there were 4 lawn chairs to really soak in the great Arizona sunshine. The views off the front desk are beautiful and we saw so many nice sunsets. Now for the disappointments. This home is advertised as a 4 bedroom, but the 4th bedroom (not shown in the VRBO photos) is clearly a make-shift bedroom, added so it could be advertised as a 4 bedroom home, situated right inside the garage door next to the laundry space and separate from the rest of the bedrooms. The home was not cleaned well so I found a very old broom in the front closet to do some cleaning myself. I wanted to clean some more, but the only cleaning supplies were dish soap and Ajax so I did what I could with those. In the second bedroom (with the king bed), there was a leak under the sink, so the extra rolls of toilet paper were moldy and it was very damp. It smelled musty throughout the house, but that got better as we occupied the home longer and had the doors open. In the third bedroom, there is a small skylight - so it gets very bright very early in the morning - there's a light cover on it, so it looks like a regular light and until you realize it's a skylight, you just wonder if it turns itself on when you are woken up early by the sunlight. In general, the home has potential, but it needs some TLC, it needs to be deep cleaned - including shampooing the rugs and just basic home maintenance. The pool was unusable as it's solar heated, so at this time of year, there is no way to heat it. The hot tub is very old and the grill knobs are lose and one fell off. Not a bad VRBO property, but overpriced for what you get - we were surprised by this.
