I like to say this place was perfect for a guys fishing trip. Everything you need within mins. Easy access to the lake by boat. Property owner very easy to work with and always answered his phone. I would recommend this to anyone. Thank you Rick. See you next year.
Place was great. If I have one criticism please change the door code. As fisherman we have alot of cash to pay the charter. We had the same code two years in a row.

Condo Rental -Smoking
The property manager is very kind and available. The place has badly stained carpeting and smells like an old ashtray. It has all the amenities listed & it’s a friendly place but it should be clearly listed as a smoking rental. We drove home after a long day on the water instead of staying the second night because the smell of smoke and the many air fresheners to mask the smoke was too much.
First impression was a very dirty stained carpet and a lot of dirt of 5he floor of the bathroom. The old toaster barely worked. There was only 1 roll of to8let paper to be found. There were no directions on the counter for us to sign onto WiFi with name of WiFi and no directions to use the TV. The living room light was broken and would work intermittently. The beds and linens were very cheap. The back door was unlocked when we got there and difficult to lock. We would not stay there again for all these reasons. Thank you kindly for asking.

Very dirty
Thought we enjoyed the lake we were under the impression the property was on Lake Erie but it is not. There is a small muddy pond behind the property. Which was okay but the real issue was how disgusting the inside of the property was. The stains on the carpet were beyond anything I could have imagined. I wiped the couches down and they disinfectant wipe was brown. The beds all had dog hair on them, silverware was not clean. There was an odor inside and again I can’t possibly stress how nasty the carpets were, there were stains EVERYWHERE. I have NEVER stayed in such a unclean place. We tried to stay out as much as possible just so we didn’t have to go inside. NOT what was advertised.
Very clean and nice property. Very easy process for check-in. Would definitely stay here again in the future for fishing trips out on Lake Erie out of Port Clinton.
