Private: garden 1'000 m2 (fenced) wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (5 x 11 m, depth 107 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: central heating system. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 2.6 km. Tennis 2.5 km. Groups of teenagers on request only.

Familienurlaub im Sommer 2022
Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Großzügiges Haus mit Pool. Alles vorhanden, was man für einen Familienurlaub benötigt. In der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft gibt es wohl ein "Partyhaus". Das Wohnviertel wurde alle 2 bis 3 Tage bis Mitternacht beschallt.

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt :-) Das Haus ist super ausgestattet. Über ein paar erste Spülmaschinentabs und Handseife in den Bädern hätten wir uns noch gefreut, aber darüber kann man hinwegsehen. Ein toller Pool und die Veranda ist super um draussen zu essen und für tolle Spieleabende :-) Vielen lieben Dank an J. für die prompte Hilfe mit dem Licht am Pool.

Mehr Schein als Sein
In der Küche fehlten Spots teilweise ganz oder hingen herab. Stümperhafte Reparatur im Spülbeckenbereich. Kühlschrank bereits an Ablagen defekt. Möbel Küche/ Bad aufgequollen. Muffiger Geruch, Putz blättert ab, Moskitoschutz mehrfach defekt, Warmwasser Fehlanzeige, Balkongeländer durchgerostet, TV zu 90% nur EN. Preis definitiv zu teuer für dieses Objekt. Pool war top. 1 Sonnenschirm ist jedoch zu wenig. Fazit: mehr Schein als Sein. Schade, hätten gern mehr Punkte gegeben.

Strom Probleme
Der einzige Kritik Punt ist das wir wie schon beim ersten Mal mit dem Strom Probleme hatten. In den letzten zwei Tagen dauernd Strom Unterbruch . Wasserpumpe lief dadurch auch nicht mehr.

Viel enigszins tegen!
Het huis inclusief zwembad en het stuk grond er omheen zijn mooi, echter helaas wel achterstallig onderhoud aan het huis. Door blaffende honden in de directe omgeving vaak een verstoorde nachtrust en ook de naast gelegen villa die permanent bewoont wordt, geeft regelmatig overlast, dit is namelijk een motor en scooter monteur en test met grote regelmaat de motoren na reparaties. Wat ons het meeste tegenviel was de erg smerige keuken en alle keukengerei die wij aantroffen.

Casa de vacaciones muy agradable
Casa espectacular, agradable, cómoda, luminosa, bien equipada y con detalles muy chulos. Piscina fabulosa y bien cuidada, venían unos chicos súper agradables a limpiarla dos veces por semana. Habitaciones cómodas, todas con A/A, algún colchón más cómodo que otro pero bien. Cocina con bastantes cacharros, un par de neveras y congeladores. Salón muy bonito. Porche ideal. La tele no se veía muy bien por un problema de señal. La atención del equipo de Interhome lo mejor, un 10. Repetiremos seguro!

Ferienhaus mit schönem Pool
Waren Anfang Oktober 2019 mit unseren beiden Enkeln und unserem Hund dort. Das Ferienhaus hat alles was man benötigt. Besonders hat uns der Außenbereich mit Pool gefallen. Da das Grundstück eingezäunt ist, ist es auch für Hunde gut geeignet. Auf dem Grundstück können mehrere Autos parken. Abgesichert ist es mit einem Hoftor. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dort hingehen.
