About this property

Walnut Place · Walnut Place...Remodeled Bungalow, Walk to Town

This fully renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath house is just 4 blocks from all of the wineries and restaurants of downtown Walla Walla. It's an easy walk no matter what time of year. The house is on a larger corner lot with a privacy fence that will allow you and your guests the ability to sit outside and enjoy dinner and drinks around the outdoor dining table and the propane fire pit during the beautiful Walla Walla evenings.

The space
Each bedroom has a queen size bed with 1800 thread count sheets and beautiful, brand new furnishings. You will find robes and slippers in each room for your warmth and comfort, along with noise machines and ear plugs as additional amenities if you desire them.

All of the appliances and kitchen items are brand new and you will easily be able to cook a meal in, if you choose to not enjoy a Walla Walla restaurant. We have a propane BBQ on site and a bar cart outside to mix your drinks along with a wine fridge to keep your purchases at just the right temperature.

The living room includes a 50" SMART TV for your Netflix, HULU, Amazon, Apple TV, etc enjoyment! Did I mention GigE internet? If you are looking to leave the city behind and work remotely for a couple of weeks (or months), this is also your place! The Internet is lightning fast. Each bedroom is also equipped with its own SMART TV.

We have a brand new recliner and queen size pull out sofa bed. Relaxation will not be a problem! In the dining room you'll find brand new furniture along with a record player for all of the vinyl lovers. Feel free to bring a record and leave it behind if you would like to add to the collection. We also have an Apple bluetooth speaker for your music needs.

One small dog under 40 pounds is allowed with a fee of $100. Please let us know if you are bringing your pet when you reserve.

We have full laundry for any washing you need. Finally, the bathroom has a newly tiled walk in shower with all of the amenities you'll desire for a comfortable stay. We look forward to hosting you at the Walnut Place!

Great Walla Walla stay

Good place for wine or Whitman College visit

Met our needs and the inside was really nice. Fun decor and lots of nice amenities. The location is not the greatest (on a busy street), but very convenient to downtown and a nice walk to Pioneer Park.

Perfect weekend home

Very Nice Place

This little house has been beautifully updated. It is laid out in a very efficient way. All the appliances and such function perfectly and it is well decorated. The towels and linens are very nice, and the hot water is very hot. The beds are extremely comfortable. There was a lot of thought put into the property, like makeup removal towelettes, dark wash cloths in addition to white ones, very fine soaps and shampoos, brand new razors in the drawers. There are some very basic spices and condiments there, but a grocery store is 2 minutes away by car. Parking was also very convenient as we just parked on 2nd st at the corner. We very much loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to do so again when we return to Walla Walla.

Nicely updated home

This was a great home for our family of four. Decent location/ distance from town. Very clean and comfortable with a leather Lay-Z-Boy and turntable with some classic albums.

Downtown retreat

We loved staying at this house. It's a short walk from beautiful downtown. The house was spotless. It was beautifully decorated and the record turntable was a plus. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back when we visit. Also we had a couple of questions for the property manager and she was very helpful.

Clean and cozy house

The house was clean and cozy. 10-15 min. walk to restaurants and wine shops. The street is busy with traffic but it was not an issue after 9 p.m. The rooster next door provided his entertainment during the day but was respectful in the early morning hours. The turntable and small LP selection was so much fun (the speakers beg for an upgrade to give justice to the artists and their music). Overall, a pleasant experience during out two night stay in Walla Walla.

Great location walking distance to downtown walla walla.

We stayed here for a few nights leading up to my daughters move in day to Whitman College. It is less than a five minutes drive to Whitman and a 10 min or less walk to downtown. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. I hope to stay again next time we are in Walla Walla.

Amazing Walla Walla Getaway

Well-appointed, great spot located central to downtown Walla Walla. Love the complimentary Sleight of Hand bottle of wine, the Keurig coffee pods and the well-appointed bathroom will travel-size options of toiletries. The record player (and the Pearl Jam record!) were much appreciated by us music lovers. The location was a short walk to downtown, which made for nice leisurely strolls to brunch and downtown tasting rooms. Loved the outdoor space as well, as we were able to barbecue and have a nice meal out on the family table in the side yard. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

Cozy home

I had a great 2 nights at this home! The location is great, a walkable distance to downtown restaurants and tasting rooms. A short drive from the south end wineries. Well appointed and clean, this place is great!

Super Cute

The house is decorated so cute. It was clean and well equipped. We liked that it was close to town so we could come and go. It is small but we had plenty of room for our group of 4. We had one minor issue but the property manager got right back to us and it was taken care of. We really enjoyed our stay.
